The Clinical Research Of Effect Of Modified Tongxie Yaofang Combined With S-1 On Treating Ⅳ Period Gastric Carcinoma With The Dirrahea Of Liver Depression And Spleen Deficiency Syndrome

Object:This study bases on the theory of both Chinese and Western medicine,With gastric cancer of liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome classification quantization table,Observing modified tongxie yaofang with S-1 and simple S-1 to liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome of IV period gastric carcinoma’s abdominal pain and other symptoms in patients.The safety of the quality of life and tumor objective evaluation is index as a reference,for gastric cancer of liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome choosing S-1 to relieve the adverse reaction of chemotherapy and provide effective clinical theoretical basis for clinical symptoms.This study for the new antitumor laid the foundation for clinical traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)preparations.Methods:This study is a prospective study method,adopting the randomized clinical trial design method,according to random number table,60 definite patients with IV period gastric carcinoma have been assigned into two groups,30 in the test group,30 in the control group(7 shed).in the test group,patients receive modified tongxie yaofang with S-1.In the control group,patients receive S-1 only.4 weeks is a treatment course and Observes the four cycles.Using gastric cancer of liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome classification quantization table as an evaluation tool of clinical symptoms and by Karnofsky score and the safety evaluation index as a reference.Results:The test group ameliorated clinical symptoms,displaying more effective enhancing the quality of life and the physical strength(Karnofsky score),reducing the level of tumor markers,improving cellular immune function and reducing the chemotherapy poisonous side reaction.Showing significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).While comparing the cancer objective efficacy,the disease control rate(CR+PR+SD)in the 2 groups was 80.77%and 77.78%,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:In this research modified tongxie yaofang can improve the abdominal pain and diarrhea with gastric cancer of liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome or gastric cancer postoperative clinical symptoms,and can reduce the level of tumor marker,improve cellular immune function.The research also reduce adverse reactions and higher security.
