Clinical Observation Of Jiawei Tongxie Yaofang Combined With Jinshuangqi In Treating Children’s Diarrhea Irritable Bowel Syndrome(Liver Depression And Spleen Deficiency Type)

Objective: By observing the curative effect of Jiawei Tongxie Yaofang combined with Jinshuangqi in the treatment of children with diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome(liver depression and spleen deficiency type),and the recurrence rate after withdrawal,evaluate its effectiveness and safety.Methods: 64 children with diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome aged 4 to14 years were selected and randomly divided into treatment and control groups.The treatment group was given a modified Jiawei Tongxie Yaofang combined with Jinshuangqi for oral administration;The control group was given oral Xingpi Yanger granules combined with Jinshuangqi.The two groups of patients were taken for 4 weeks and the changes in their clinical symptoms were recorded.The main and secondary symptoms of the two groups of children were compared before and after,the TCM syndrome score was recorded,and 4 weeks of follow-up and the relapse rate were recorded after the treatment.And the safety index evaluation,using SPSS24.0 software for statistical analysis.Results:1.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.63%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 61.29%.The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.The total efficacy of the two groups was significantly different(P<0.01).2.After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of main and secondary symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine were compared between two groups of children,both P<0.05,there was a significant difference,indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the main and secondary symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine in children.3.The recurrence rate of the two groups was compared during the4-week follow-up after treatment.The treatment group was significantly lower than the control group,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The total clinical efficacy of Jiawei Tongxie Yaofang combined with Jinshuangqi in the treatment of children with diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome(liver depression and spleen deficiency type)is better than Xingpi Yanger granules combined with Jinshuangqi group.2.Jiawei Tongxie Yaofang group is better than Xingpi Yanger granules group in improving the symptoms of abdominal pain,diarrhea frequency,irritability,fullness of two threats,burnout,and sigh.3.Jiawei Tongxie Yaofang group is superior to Xingpi Yanger granules group in reducing the recurrence rate.
