Objective:Research and analysis the factors of colorectal polyps,and the factors and electronic features of colorectal,in order to the early detection of colorectal polyps and to provide a scientific basis for treatment and the happening of the colorectal cancer.Methods:Collect inpatients with electronic colonoscopy in Liaoning province people’s Hospital from April 2016 to 2016 year in November,including 529 cases of colorectal polyps which were confirmed by pathological biopsy and 251 cases of normal.529 cases of colorectal polyps include 346 cases of non adenomatous polyps,and 174cases of adenomatous polyps.Detailed and accurate records of basic data and related history for all patients:including name,age,gender,admission related symptoms,smoking history,drinking history,hypertension,diabetes,body mass index,blood lipid,regional,CEA,and detailed records of patients with colorectal polyps of the electronic colonoscopy results:including distribution location,number,size,morphology,pathological type.Compare the difference between colorectal polyps group and normal group in age,gender,and correlation between history.Compare the difference between adenoma and non adenomatous polyps in age,gender,related history and endoscopic characteristics.And compare the precancerous polyps in size,number and location of the differences.Results:This study included 529 cases of patients with colorectal polyps,including 302 cases of male patients,227 cases of females;the normal group of 251 patients,including 101 cases of male patients,140 cases of female patients;174 cases of adenomatous polyps,including 104 cases of male patients,70 cases of female patients;346 cases of non adenomatous polyps,193 cases of male patients,153 cases of female patients;Colorectal polyps group,youth group had 33 cases,middle age group had 246 cases,the elderly group had 250cases;the normal group,the young group had 23 cases,middle age group had 137 cases,the elderly group had 91 cases,adenoma polyp group,youth group had 7 cases,the middle-aged group had 70 cases,the elderly group had 97 cases;non-adenoma group,youth group had 29 cases,the middle-aged group 171 cases,the elderly group had 146 cases It was found that 292 cases of single polyp,237cases of multiple polyps,There are 90 single,84 cases of multiple in the 174 adenomatous polyps,211 cases of single,135 cases of multiple in the non-adenomatous polyps.All the colorectal polyps 398 cases located in the left colon,88cases located in the right colon,43 cases located in the whole colon;adenomatous polyp group,129cases located in the left colon,32 cases located in the right colon,13 cases located in the whole colon;346 cases of non adenomatous polyps,265 cases located in the left colon,53 cases located in the right colon,28 cases located in the whole colon.Colorectal polyps in the following 0.5cm is 542,0.5cm ≤ diameter ≤ 1cm is 388,1<diameter<2cm is 136,diameter≥2cm is 52.In adenomatous polyps,less than 0.5cm is 126,0.5cm≤diameter≤1cm is 102,1<diameter<2cm is 88,diameter≥2cm is 24,Colorectal polyps,less than 0.5 is 402,0.5cm≤diameter≤1cm is 285,1<diameter<2cm is 40,diameter ≥ 2cm is 26.There was significant difference in gender,age,smoking history,drinking history,obesity,hyperlipidemia and other differences between the colorectal polyps group and the normal group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in hypertension and type diabetes mellitus(P>0.05).There was difference between adenomatous polyps and non adenomatous polyp group in age,size,number(P<0.05),in the gender,smoking history,drinking history,obesity,hyperlipidemia,hypertension,type 2 diabetes and difference distribution was no significant(P>0.05).The elderly,polyp is greater than 2 cm in diameter,polyp,adenomatous polyp progression rate is high.Conclusion:1.CRP easily occurred in middle-aged and old,men more than women.2.CRP single,diameter less than 0.5 cm is more common.3.Left half colon colon polyps are more likely to happen various type.4.Older age,male,history of smoking,hyperlipidemia,obesity may be risk factors for colon polyps.5.Diameter greater than 2 cm,multiple,the elderly,adenomatous polyp evil change more easily.
