Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture neck sympathetic in the treatment of cervical cardiac neurosis To explore the advantages, feasibility and clinical significance of this method in the treatment of cervical heart disease.Provide a new treatment option for this type of patient. Methods:Selected sixty cases of cardiac neurosis caused by sympathetic cervical spondylosis. They were randomly divided into group A(sympathetic ganglion group),group B(conventional acupuncture group),group C(drug group),each group of 20 cases.A group of main points for the neck sympathetic ganglion(bilateral cervical ganglion, bilateral lower neck ganglion)acupuncture, two pairs of main points were energized,to continuous wave therapy(frequency 2Hz),Strength adjusted to the patient can tolerate.Points:double ShenShu,double JueyinShu,Ju Que,Dan Zhong, double ShenMen,double Neiguan. Each treatment time is 30 minutes, once a day, weekly treatment for 5 days, continuous treatment around 4 weeks.Select NO.4 pair and NO.7 pair of Jiaji points.Matching points and others are the same as group A.Group C was the drug group.Oryzanol tablets 20mg three times a day orally,Take 20 consecutive days. Before and after treatment, the TCM syndrome score table,HAMA scale and HAMD scale were evaluated for the three groups of patients. After the end of treatment, the results of the three groups were statistically analyzed and compared.Results:1.Compared with the three groups of TCM symptoms score by nonparametric test:the A group, the B group and the C group were significantly different from those before treatment(P△<0.01).After the treatment,There was significant difference between the groups A and C(P▲<0.01).so do the groups A and B(P°<0.01).But the group B and C were not significantly different(P = 0.329>0.05)2.Three groups of TCM symptoms efficacy by rank test,P<0.01,Three groups of data were statistically significant,The total effective rate of group A was 95%,the total effective rate in group B was 80%,the total effective rate in group C was 55%.Suggesting that group A is the most efficient, followed by group B.3.Compared with the three groups of HAMA scores by paired t test:the A group, the B group and the C group were significantly different from those before treatment(P△<0.01).Test by Single factor ANOVA after the treatment,There was significant difference between the groups A and C,the groups B and C(P▲<0.01).There was significant difference between the groups A and B(P°<0.01).4.Compared with the three groups of HAMD scores by paired t test:the A group, the B group and the C group were significantly different from those before treatment(P△<0.01).Test by Single factor ANOVA after the treatment,There was significant difference between the groups A and C,the groups B and C(P▲<0.01).There was significant difference between the groups A and B(P°<0.01).5.The ratio of HAMA reduction(T)in the three groups was statistically significant(Z = 0.5917,P = 0.000<0.01),and the three groups were statistically significant, group A(95%)>group B(85%)>group C(60%).6.The ratio of HAMD reduction(T)in the three groups was statistically significant(Z = 0.5278,P = 0.001<0.01),and the three groups were statistically significant, group A(95%)>group B(80%)>group C(65%).Conclusion:1.Electroacupuncture neck sympathetic ganglia and traditionalacu-puncture Jiaji acupuncture therapy for cervical heart disease are effective treatment.2.In improving the symptoms of Chinese medicine,Electroacupuncture neck sympathetic ganglia is best, the acupuncture points Jiaji group and the drug group is basically the same.3.In improving the anxiety and depression of patients with cervicogenic heart neurosis,Electroacupuncture neck sympathetic ganglia is best,...
