Objective:Comparison of clinical efficacy between electroacupuncture at acupoint of Jingzhuibing and electroacupuncture at cervical Jiaji point.Method:Sixty patients with sympathetic cervical spondylosis were divided into electroacupuncture acupoint of Jingzhuibing group(test group)and electroacupuncture cervical Jiaji point group(control group),with 30 people in each group. The two groups of subjects were treated with electroacupuncture combined with conventional massage. The acupoints of the two groups were acupoint of Jingzhuibing and cervical Jiaji point, and the other treatments were consistent. Both groups were treated once a day,7 days for a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment. To observe the changes of two groups of patients before and after treatment of symptom score of cervical sympathetic nerve and neck disability index, and to compare the clinical effect in both groups.Result:The symptom score of cervical sympathetic nerve and neck disability index in the two groups were significantly different after treatment(P<0.05).The symptoms, signs and cervical vertebrae function of the two groups were relieved after treatment. There was no significant difference between the two groups in the symptom score of cervical sympathetic nerve, neck disability index and total effective rate after treatment(P>0.05).After the treatment of the two courses, the markedly effective rate of the test group was 82.14%,the total effective rate was 96.89%;the markedly effective rate of the control group was 70.37%,and the total effective rate was 93.55%.Conclusion:1.Electroacupuncture at acupoint of Jingzhuibing combined with conventional massage and electroacupuncture at cervical Jiaji point combined with conventional massage both can effectively improve symptom score of cervical sympathetic nerve and neck disability index in the patients with sympathetic cervical spondylosis..2.There was no significant difference in the improvement of cervical sympathetic neurological symptoms and cervical dysfunction index between electroacupuncture at acupoint of Jingzhuibing combined with conventional massage therapy and electroacupuncture at cervical Jiaji points combined with conventional massage therapy.3.The markedly effective rate of electroacupuncture at acupoint of Jingzhuibing combined with conventional massage therapy is better than electroacupuncture at cervical Jiaji points combined with conventional massage therapy.
