Shen-qi-bu-fei Decoction In The Treatment Of COPD Stabilization (Lung And Kidney Deficiency Typeand Blood Stasis) In Patients Under Clinical Observation And The Influence Of Serum IL-17

Objective:Toobserve SHEN-QI-BU-FEI decoctionin the treatment of COPD stabilization(Lung and kidney deficiency type and blood stasis of patients)within 6minutes walking distance,symptom integral,the number of exacerbations,the influence of serum IL-17,evaluate its clinical efficacy and safety.Methods:Data of patients in COPD stabilization were 64 by selected,divided into control group(32 cases)and treatment group(32 cases),and the full courses of treatment are both 90 days.For the treatment group,Give Tiotropium Bromide Powder for Inhalation,every one(18μg),one time per day,the patients were also treated by SHEN-QI-BU-FEI decoction,one dose a day,after breakfast and dinner hours service heating to warm;For the control one,Give Tiotropium Bromide Powder for Inhalation,every one(18μg),one time per day,the patients also were given the capsules of tonifying kidney and activating blood,four capsules three times a day.Two groups treatment for 90 days.Statistics of two groups of patients before and after therapy in 6 min walking distance,serum level of IL-17,master of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome integral,statistics of two groups after treatment for 6 months,the number of exacerbations.Results:1.After the treatment,there is no distinct difference between the distance of patients within 6-min walking for this two groups(P>0.05),and with the increase.(P<0.05).2.The number of exacerbations in treatment group dropped obviously comparing with the control one after 6 month,reaching statistical significance between these two groups.3.Statistical significance were found in this result that the serum IL-17 lowered in both group.P<0.05 Moreover,the reduce serum IL-17 degree in the treatment group was better than the control one.(P<0.05)4.The results showed the efficacy of the treatment group is better than the control one(.P<0.05),although they both alleviate the problem.(P<0.05)5.All the patients in two groups had no statistical difference in clinical effect and with the same efficacy.(P>0.05)6.The two groups of patients were not clinically significant for the safety indicator.Conclusion:1.SHEN-QI-BU-FEI decoction canalleviate the clinical symptoms、therapeutic value in decreasing the number of exacerbations.increase 6-min walking distance.2.SHEN-QI-BU-FEI decoctioncan reduce the serum IL-17 content.3.SHEN-QI-BU-FEI decoction is safe and effective in clinical application.
