Objective: To compare the rate of catheter replacement, the incidence of urinary retention and measurement of residual urine volume in two groups of patients with routine nursing and systemic bladder function training, and to investigate bladder function exercise on the effect of preventing urinary retention after pelvic floor reconstruction.Through the systemic functional training of bladder on the pelvic floor reconstruction surgery in patients with nursing intervention to reduce the incidence of postoperative urinary retention, decrease the rate of catheter replacement, prevent the infection of urinary tract, reduce the pain of patients. Methods: This study was a quasi experimental study, took two different interventions for the prevention of urinary retention after pelvic floor reconstruction,in the same period between May 2016 and December 2016 were admitted to two gynaecology wards respectively assigned to the experimental group or control group, the control group received routine nursing care, the experimental group received routine nursing care and the use of individualized nursing bladder function training system the recovery of bladder, the intervention time was from three days before the operation to removing the catheter and recovering automatic urination. Two patients after the intervention measures, including catheter replacement rate, the incidence of urinary retention, indwelling catheter time, residual urine volume, urine routine test results of two groups of patients, body temperature, the rate of bladder irritation symptoms were statistically analyzed and evaluation.Data processing and statistical analysis were analyzed using the SPSS 21.0 statistical software package. The measurement data of the two groups were compared with the t test, the count data were compared with chi test and fisher's exact test, test level ?= 0.05.Results: 1.The experimental group a total of 12 patients reset the catheter, the catheter replacement rate was 21.82%,the control group consisted of 23 patients need to reset the catheter, replacement rate was 41.82%.by chi square test,?2 =7.880,P<0.05,two groups of patients with catheter replacement rate were statistically significant.2.In the intervention group, there were 13 cases of patients with urinary retention, the incidence was 23.64%,the control group was 38.18%.by chi square test,?2=6.714,P<0.05,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.3.Test group catheter indwelling time was(55.142+19.53)significantly less than the control group(64.58+21.60),after testing, residual urine volume was(20.45+27.00)less than the control group(30.55+25.44),t=2.017,P<0.05.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant, suggesting that the method can effectively reduce the urine retention.4.The control group bladder irritation occurred(19 cases)more frequently than the experimental group(13 cases),the patients in the control group reflects the presence of bladder irritation accounted for 34.55%,experimental group reported bladder irritation in patients with 23.64%.but the analysis found no significant difference between the two groups.5.The test group incidence rate of urinary tract infection was(5.45%)lower than the control group test group(17.02%),the main method of judging for urinary tract infection was urinary sediment microscopy results in white cells, but no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion: The study shows that to carry out the system of bladder function training on the prevention of pelvic floor reconstruction after the occurrence of urinary retention has good effect, although in the prevention of urinary tract infection and reduce the bladder irritation effect is not obvious, but in reducing catheter reset rate, shorten the time of indwelling urinary catheter, has important significance for improving the quality of life of patients.
