| Objective:To improve people’s awareness of the complications and adverse reactions of radioactive I125 particle implantation. And according to the statistics of the relevant complications and the incidence of adverse reactions, take sufficient and effective preventive measures to improve the medical and nursing work related to radioactive I125 particle implantation and the quality of treatment. Methods:Through the investigation of the data such as postoperative review of imaging and related hematology,follow-up records, etc.among hospitalized patients with abdominal malignant tumor from the beginning of2009 to the end of the year 7 years that treated with radioactive I125 particle implantation to draw the conclusions. Results:Total number of the selected patients was 282 cases/times,including fever after surgery for 5 cases / times, pain on puncture site for 10 cases /times and infection for 0 cases / times. There were 165 cases / times of the patients with short-term or long-term radiographic follow-up in our hospital, including 65 cases of particle translocation,2 cases of bleeding. There were 165 cases with regular follow-up,including 1 case with needle tract metastasize,4 cases with radiation enteritis and 1 case/time with ulcer and fistula. There were 112 cases/times with primary or metastatic liver cancer, including 3 cases/time with Peripheral leucopenia. There were 80 cases/times with pancreatic cancer, including 2 cases/times of gastrointestinal bleeding. There were 90 cases/times with peritoneal or retroperitoneal malignant tumors, including 1 case of hematochezia. Conclusions:Radioactive I125 particle implantation is a safe, minimally invasive, less postoperative complications method to treat the abdominal malignant tumor. |
