Background:in recent years with the development of society,the living standard of people has been improved by leaps and bounds.However,this also leads to dramatic competition of talent,life pressure and heavy pollution.All the factors mentioned above lead to the increasing proportion of fetal movement of women who are pregnant.According to the related survey:the abortion rate of pregnancy of women is about 15%-20%,and about 80%of the patients who face abortion in the early pregnancy[1].These problems bring serious harm to women physically and mentally and even effect the harmony of a family.The anxiety of these patients will increase day by day so that they are more cautious about pregnancy.In this case,patients might face the situation of repeated pregnancy and repeated abortion,and the rate of pregnancy complications also rises.so do the clinical pregnancy diabetes,pregnancy high syndrome,and pregnancy fever.constipation and pregnancy period diarrhea in this paper.If these complications can not.be corrected in time,they will directly effect the growth of the baby.Therefore,People pay more attention to the fetal movement and complications during pregnancy.especially focusing on prevention and treatment.Objectives:Through clinical professor Yao Meiyu treating experience of fetal irritability with diarrhea.Observation clinical diarrhea of the LiPiGuTai Decoction in the treatment of clinical diarrhea with diarrhea.Methods:This study screened with the diagnosis and inclusion criteria in fetal irritability associated with diarrhea in 33 cases(01.2016to01.2017 from the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine gynecological clinic)to collect general information,clinical symptoms,signs,auxiliary examination,give the spleen gutai decoction,treatment for 2 weeks,and the symptom score individual symptoms were observed before and after treatment for 2 weeks after the improvement,and use statistical analysis software.Results:1.LiPiGuTai Decoction in the treatment of fetal fetal irritability associated with diarrhea,TCM clinical symptoms effective rate of 93.32%and the recovery rate was 10%,the effective rate was 56.66%,efficiency of 26.66%.2.After treatment,the total symptom score was significantly changed,and the paired t test was performed by statistical software.The P value of<0.05 was found to be statistically significant.3.Before and after treatment,the single symptom of Chinese medicine was analyzed by non parametric test.The results showed that P was 0.01,which was statistically significant,indicating that there was a significant difference in individual syndrome scores before and after treatmentConclusion:The research group application--LiPiGuTai Decoction for the treatment of solid fetal fetal irritability associated with diarrhea(spleen kidney two empty),at the end of treatment,compare the comprehensive symptom score,single symptoms to improve the situation,have received good results,can be used in clinical practice.Review the ancient medical books and modern research can be seen,the physicians understanding of the pathogenesis of this disease are different,but all emphasize the spleen kidney two empty,also accepted treatment principle and treatment and tocolysis can not be ignored.
