Effects Of Yiqi Huoxue And Yangxin Shugan Method On Heart Rate Variability Of Stable Angina Pectoris Patient With Depression

Objective:This study is to observe the effects of yiqi huoxue and yangxin shugan method on heart rate variability(HRV)time-domain indexes,Traditional Chi-nese Medicine(TCM)syndromes scores and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)scores of patients so as to clarify the clinical effects of this method on stable angina pectoris(SAP)with depression state.Methods:30 SAP patients with depression state were included in this study,whose TCM syndrome differentiation were qi deficiency and blood stasis type,whi-ch were given traditional Chinese medicines for a course of treatment(4 wee-ks)to compare the HRV time-domain indexes,TCM symptoms scores and HAMD scores before and after the treatment according to yiqi huoxue and yangxin shugan method.SPSS 19.0 software was used to carry out the relevant data statistics,P<0.05 was statistically significant.Results:1.HRV time-domain indexes:After treatment,the HRV time-domain inde-xes were obviously higher than before treatment,the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).2.TCM syndromes scores:After treatment,the TCM syndromes scores we-re distinctly lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).3.HAMD scores:After treatment,the HAMD scores were visibly lower th-an before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Yiqi huoxue and yangxin shugan method can enhance HRV time-domain indexes of SAP patients with depression state(Qi deficiency and blood stasis type).2.Yiqi huoxue and yangxin shugan method can reduce TCM syndromes scores of SAP patients with depression state(Qi deficiency and blood stasis type).3.Yiqi huoxue and yangxin shugan method can reduce HAMD scores of SAP patients with depression state(Qi deficiency and blood stasis type).
