Clinical Observation Of Yiqi Huo Xue Decoction In The Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris Of Coronary Heart Disease

Objective: Using the randomized control method,the clinical efficacy of Yiqi huoxue prescription in treating stable angina pectoris with Qi deficiency and blood stasis,and the rule and clinical mechanism of treating stable angina with Yiqi huoxue prescription with stable coronary heart disease with Qi deficiency and blood stasis were studied.To seek effective methods and treatment ideas for clinical Chinese medicine intervention in treating such patientsAccording:The selected cases of this study were all from April 2017 to December2017,patients of cardiovascular medicine outpatient Department of Heilongjiang Provincial Academy of Chinese Medicine.It was diagnosed as stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,and 60 patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each with 30 cases.In the treatment group,Western medicine was used and Yiqi Huoxue prescription was treated.In the control group,only regular Western medicine was taken.The course of treatment is March.After the course of treatment,compare the efficacy of electrocardiogram and dynamic electrocardiogram,angina pectoris and seizures after two groups of treatment,and compare the efficacy of TCM syndrome after two groups of treatment.Comparison between two groups before and after the treatment of hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and between two groups after the treatment,Comparison of blood lipids before and after treatment and between two groups.To observe the changes of safety observation indexes of blood,urine,defecation,liver and kidney before and after treatment in two groups of patients.Results:Clinical observation showed that the electrocardiogram effect improved in treatment group and control group,and there was significant difference between treatment group and control group(P<0.05).Both treatment group and control group showed improvement in angina pectoris efficacy and seizures,and there was significant difference between treatment group and control group(P<0.05).Both treatment group and control group showed improvement in dynamic electrocardiogram,and there was significant difference between treatment group and control group(P<0.05).Both the treatment group and thecontrol group showed an improvement in TCM symptoms,and there was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).Hs-CRP was decreased in both treatment group and control group,and decreased significantly in treatment group compared with control group(P<0.05).In the treatment group and control group,the blood lipids were improved,and the difference was more obvious than that of control group(P<0.05).There was no obvious adverse reaction in both groups.There were no abnormal adverse reactions and safety observations in both groups.Conclusion:1.Yiqi Huoxue Decoction has obvious effect on stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with Qi deficiency and blood stasis,which can improve the myocardial ischemia and TCM syndrome of patients.2.Treatment of stable angina pectoris with Yiqi Huoxue recipe can obviously improve the patient’s angina pectoris symptoms.3.Can significantly improve the patient’s CRP level,inhibit inflammatory reaction;Improve levels of TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C in serum and regulate blood lipid levels.
