Clinical Observation On Bacterial Vaginosis With Damp-heat Constitution Treated Dy Zhidaifangjiawei

Objective:This research adopts zhidaifangjiawei to treat damp-heat type BV.By observing the changes of clinical symptoms and laboratory indexes of vaginal secretions,to evaluate the clinical efficacy and treatment of damp-heat type BV.Methods:66 patients with clinically diagnosed BV were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 33 cases in each group.During the study,1 patient in the control group was not treated with oral drugs.The treatment group was treated with oral zhidaifangjiawei and metronidazole,the control group was treated with oral metronidazole.After 1 week of treatment,the vaginal fluid,symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and local signs of gynecological examination were reviewed after stopping the drug,and the recovery and markedly followed up for 2 menstrual cycles.Results:1.Compared with the two groups,the cure rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.The treatment group can significantly improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,compared with before treatment,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05),and compared with the control group is better than the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Treatment group can significantly improve the vaginal discharge of patients with cleanlimess,clue cell,amine taste test,PH value,compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of vaginal discharge in treatment group was better than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the improvement of the other three aspects(P>0.05).4.The treatment group can significantly improve the local signs of gynecological examination,compared with before treatment,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05),compared with the control group,the difference is not statistically significant(P>0.05).5.It was found during the follow-up period,the treatment group was better than the control group in the restoration of vaginal lactobacilli and reduce the recurrence rate,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.The safety indexes of the treatment group were normal before and after treatment,and there were no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion:1.Zhidaifangjiawei and metronidazole can improve the clinical symptoms and signs,improve the indexes of vaginal secretions of patients with laboratory examination.2.Zhidaifangjiawei and metronidazole in improving TCM symptoms,improve vaginal cleanliness,restore vaginal lactobacilli and reduce the recurrence rate is better than that of metronidazole group.3.zhidaifangjiawei and metronidazole in the treatment of damp-heat type BV curative effect,no obvious adverse reaction.
