| Research Objective: By studying the treatment of aerobic vaginitis with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine,Zhidaifang combined with clindamycin vaginal gel was used to treat the damp-heat injection type of aerobic vaginitis,and the clinical effect was observed,so as to provide integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment for the treatment of damp-heat subinjection type of aerobic vaginitis.Research method: 62 patients who met the criteria were randomly divided into two groups,including observation group(oral Zhidaifang combined with external clindamycin vaginal gel)(31 cases)and control group(external clindamycin vaginal gel)(31 cases).(1)The observation group was given orally plus or minus zhidaifang,2 times a day,1 bag each time.Continuous administration for 2 weeks;Clindamycin vaginal gel,every night before going to bed after cleaning vulva into the vagina,once a day,1 dose each time.Use it continuously for 2 weeks.(2)The control group received only clindamycin vaginal gel,which was used in the same way as the observation group for 2consecutive weeks.After the course of treatment,the hospital was reexamined,and came to the hospital for reexamination one month after the drug withdrawal.The total curative effect,AV score,TCM syndrome score,clinical symptoms and signs,vaginal microecology,adverse reactions and recurrence rate after treatment were statistically analyzed.Research results:(1)Both the observation group and the control group had better curative effects after treatment.The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.8% and the total effective rate was 77.4%.The total effective rate of the two groups after treatment was compared,P<0.01,the difference was statistically significant.The results showed that combined traditional Chinese and western medicine was better than western medicine alone in the treatment of AV.(2)Comparison of Donders scores: The observation group had a Donders score of 5.00(4.00,6.00)before treatment,and a Donders score of 1.00(0.00,2.00)after treatment.Compared with before treatment,P<0.01,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that Zhidaifang combined with clindamycin Vaginal gel can effectively reduce the Donders score of AV patients.The Donders score of the control group before treatment was 5.00(4.00,6.00),and the Donders score after treatment was 2.00(1.00,4.00).Compared with before treatment,P<0.01,the difference was significant,indicating that Clindamycin vaginal coagulation alone Glue can also effectively reduce the Donders score of AV patients.Comparison of Donders scores between the observation group and the control group after treatment,P=0.036,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in reducing the Donders score of AV patients is better than that of Western medicine alone.(3)Comparison of TCM syndrome scores: Comparison of TCM syndrome scores: The score of TCM syndromes in the observation group before treatment was 13.00(10.00,14.00),and the score of TCM syndromes after treatment was 1.00(0.00,4.00),P<0.01,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that Zhidaifang Combining clindamycin vaginal gel is effective in reducing the TCM syndrome scores of AV patients.The TCM syndrome score of the control group before treatment was 13.00(10.00,15.00),and the TCM syndrome score after treatment was 7.00(5.00,10.00),P<0.01,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that clindamycin vaginal gel was used alone It is also effective for reducing the TCM syndrome scores of AV patients.Comparing the scores of TCM syndromes between the observation group and the control group after treatment,the results: P<0.01,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the combination of TCM and western medicine is superior to the single use of western medicine in reducing the TCM syndrome scores of AV patients.(4)Comparison of vaginal microecology results: After treatment,there were no significant differences between the control group and the observation group in the three indexes of vaginal microflora diversity,flora density and sialidase(P > 0.05).There were significant differences in lactobacillus grade,leucocyte,AV severe grade,PH,hydrogen peroxide and leucocyte esterase(P < 0.05).There were significant differences in the cleanliness of the observation group before and after treatment(P < 0.05),while there were no significant differences in the cleanliness of the control group before and after treatment(P < 0.05).Description of Chinese and western medicine combined with western medicine alone in patients with improve the AV lactobacillus in the vagina micro ecological classification and grade of white blood cells,AV,PH,hydrogen peroxide,and effect of leukocyte esterase 6 indicators are effective,and combine traditional Chinese and western medicine to improve patients with vaginal cleanness effect is better also,and use western medicine to patients with vaginal cleanness improvement is not obvious.After treatment,there were significant differences in the vaginal microecology of the two groups in hydrogen peroxide,leucocyte esterase,leucocyte,lactobacillus grade and cleanliness(P < 0.05).There were no significant differences in bacterial diversity,bacterial density,sialidase,AV severity grading and p H value(P > 0.05).The results showed that the combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine was better than western medicine alone in improving hydrogen peroxide,leucocyte esterase,leucocyte,lactobacillus grade and cleanliness in vaginal microecology of patients with AV.(5)Comparison of clinical symptoms and signs: After treatment,there were significant differences between the control group and the observation group in pruritus,burning sensation,pain during sexual intercourse,secretion volume,color,odor,vaginal wall congestion,chest tightness,lower abdomen or lower abdomen pain(P < 0.05).In the observation group,bitter mouth and dry throat and short red urine were significantly improved after treatment compared with before treatment,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.There were no significant differences in the two indexes of bitter mouth and dry throat and short red urine in the control group(P >0.05).The results showed that the combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine and the single use of western medicine were effective in improving the 9 indicators of pruritus,burning sensation,pain during sexual intercourse,secretion volume,color,odor,congestion of vaginal wall,chest tightness and irritability,lower abdomen or lower abdomen pain in patients with AV.The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine is also effective in improving patients with bitter mouth and dry throat and short red urine.Western medicine alone has no obvious effect on the improvement of bitter mouth and dry throat and short urination.After treatment,the observation group was better than the control group in improving the amount of vaginal discharge,color,peculiar smell,bitter mouth,dry throat,chest tightness,upset,short urine,and lower abdomen or abdomen pain.The difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05),but there was no significant difference in improving itching,burning sensation,dyspareunia and vaginal wall hyperemia(P>0.05).It shows that integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is better than western medicine alone in improving the volume,color,quality and taste of vaginal secretions in AV patients,painful mouth,dry throat,chest tightness,upset,lower abdomen or abdomen pain,and short urine.(6)Comparison of recurrence rate: 1 month after drug withdrawal,2 people in the observation group relapsed,the recurrence rate was6.5%,and 10 people in the control group recurred,and the recurrence rate was(32.3%).The recurrence rate of the control group was higher than that of the observation group.P=0.022,P<0.05,the difference is statistically significant,indicating that the recurrence rate of AV in the treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is lower than that of Western medicine alone.Conclusion: Zhidaifang combined with clindamycin vaginal gel has significant curative effect in the treatment of damp-heat betting type AV,with small side effects and low recurrence rate;Zhidaifang combined with clindamycin vaginal gel and clindamycin vaginal gel alone are both effective It can reduce the Donders score and TCM syndrome scores of AV patients,but the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is better than that of single-use western medicine.The treatment plan of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can improve the hydrogen peroxide,leukocyte esterase,white blood cell,and lactobacillus grading and cleanliness in the vaginal microecology of AV patients;the amount,color,quality,and taste of vaginal secretions in AV patients,painful mouth and dry throat,chest tightness and upset,Short red urine,lower abdomen or less abdomen pain is better than single-use western medicine. |
