Clinical Study Of Self-made Yang Warming Moxibustion Strip On Yang Deficiency Of Early Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective: To observe and study the self-made Yang moxibustion treatment of early diabetic nephropathy of Yang Deficiency on the clinical efficacy and early diabetic nephropathy of Yang deficiency of serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,urinary albumin,urine protein excretion rate,blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin and other clinical indicators,at the same time,to observe the effect of Wenyang moxibustion on physical regulation,and to explore the self-made moxibustion treatment of Warming Yang Yang deficiency of early diabetic nephropathy effect mechanism,to provide a theoretical basis for the Chinese medicine cure method of early diabetic nephropathy.Methods: 70 patients with early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 35)and control group(n = 35).The control group received general treatment and symptomatic treatment,combined with moxa sticks for mild moxibustion therapy,the treatment group in the control group based on the treatment for homemade Yang moxibustion for mild moxibustion.Composition of homemade Yang moxibustion drugs: the fine powder of moxa moxa sticks with cinnamon,aconite,Radix Astragali to research into 2:1:1:1 of mixing home-made Yang moxibustion,which have a diameter of 14 mm and length of 20 mm.(Chinese medicine,Ai Qing were from the First Affiliated Hospital of Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Pharmacy),Mingmen moxibustion Guanyuan,bilateral Shenshu,Zusanli,moxibustion,moxa stick moxibustion is lit,insert frame about from the skin around 2-3cm,the frame alignment should be moxibustion acupoint moxibustion.Each point 15 min.1 times a day,6 times a week,for a total of2 weeks for a total of 1 courses of treatment,a total of 3 courses of treatment.After 3courses of treatment,observe two groups before and after treatment,blood creatinine,urea nitrogen,24 hours urinary protein,urinary albumin,urinary albumin excretion rate,blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin changes(safety observation,diagnostic efficacy,TCM clinical symptoms,TCM body mass regulation).Results: 1.70 cases of patients,10 cases were excluded,60 cases were included in this study,no significant differences in the number of cases collected to complete the experiment and rejection cases(P > 0.05),patient compliance is greater than85.71%,the two groups in sex,age,course of disease,the TCM Syndrome score and clinical TCM Constitution general information: no significant differences in treatment.2 after 3 courses of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was83.33%,the total effective rate of the control group was 60%,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).3 of the two groups after treatment,serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,24 hours urinary protein,urinary albumin,urine protein excretion rate,blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and the group before treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05,P<0.01);the treatment group in reducing serum creatinine,24 hour urinary protein,urinary albumin,urine protein excretion rate,blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and improving TCM clinical syndrome and yang deficiency degree than the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion: the self-made Yang moxibustion on the quality deficiency of early diabetic nephropathy has good clinical curative effect,improving the overall curative effect,improve the clinical symptoms of TCM in patients with lower serum creatinine,24 hours urinary protein,urinary albumin,urine protein excretion rate,blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,the effect of the treatment group than the control group.
