To Analyze The Influence Of Different TCM Syndrome Types Levels Of Blood Lipid Level On Inflammatory Indexes In Patients With Knee Osteoarthritis

Objectives: To investigate the influence of different TCM syndrome types of knee osteoarthritis(KOA)on blood lipid levels,and to reveal the correlation betwe-en KOA syndrome types,blood lipid levels and inflammatory indexes.To provide t-heoretical basis for regulating lipid and anti inflammation in patients with differe-nt syndrome types.Methods: from December 2015 to December 2016 in 107 cases of Autonomous Region Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in the Department of rheumatism of KOA patients with kidney deficiency type,Yang deficiency type and blood stasis type of TCM syndrome type groups were collected and the tr-iglyceride(TC),total cholesterol(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDLC),serum low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),erythrocyte sedimentation ra-te(ESR),C reactive protein(CRP)of these indicators,the blood lipid levels,acco--rding to the abnormal and normal group divided into abnormal group and normal group.To analyze the difference of blood lipid level and the influence of blood li p-id level on the inflammatory indexes.Results:(1)three,TG,HDL-C type of TC and LDL-C levels were no difference(P>0.05),(2)the kidney deficie-ncy CRP,E SR average TC increased higher than that of normal CRP and ESR le-vel(P<0.05)the difference was statistically significant,kidney deficiency type TG,HDL-C,CR P,LDL-C increased ESR levels compared with the normal group had no difference.Of yangxuhanning TC increased when CRP and ESR were significantly higher tha-n those of normal CRP and ESR level(P<0.05)and the difference was statisticall y significant,but there are no differences between the Yang deficiency and cold co-agulation syndrome TG,HDL-C,CRP,LDL-C increased ESR levels compared with n-ormal group,blood stasis type TG increased when compared with ESR normall y,(P<0.05)but there was no significant difference in CRP,TC,HDL-C of yangxu hanning,LDL-C increased CRP and ESR levels between normal grou-p and inflammatory index had no significant difference(P>0.05)conclusion: the indexes of knee osteoarthritis of blood lipid levels in patients with different TCM Syndrome typ e index effect on inflammation is different,The deficiency of kidney marrow defici ency type TC was positively correlated with CRP ESR,and the increase of Yang deficiency cold coagulation type and blood stasis resistance type TG were positivel y correlated with ESR,and the other three kinds of syndromes had no correlation with CRP and ESR.
