Study On Multi-center Randomized Controlled Open Efficacy Of Vitiligo Treated With Milli-fire Needle

Ojective:By observing the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of fire needle treatment vitiligo,to verify the effectiveness and safety of fire needle treatment vitiligo.Methods:40 cases of patients who met the standard of vitiligo,using a simple computer random method,divided into two groups:20 rats in the experimental group and 20 rats in the control group.The experimental group was treated with 0.1% tacrolimus ointment and fire needle.The control group was treated with 0.1% tacrolimus ointment Respectively,at 4,8 and 12 weeks after treatment.The Follow-up after treatment in January.Results: Control group 19 cases,patients completed 18 cases.First of all,the area of comparison: 4,8,12 weeks of treatment,the white spot area to compare between the two groups all use independent sample t-test,there were no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05);In the control group,experimental group before and 4,8,12 weeks of treatment,white spot area adopts paired t test,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Second,curative effect comparison: the control group,the treatment of 4 weeks,0 cases had marked effect,8 cases,11 cases,show the efficiency of 0,the effective rate was 42.000%;Eight weeks of treatment,1 case had marked effect,12 cases improved,invalid 6 cases,show the efficiency of 5.263%,effective rate was 68.421%;After 12 weeks of treatment,3 cases had marked effect,10 cases were improved,invalid 6 cases,show the efficiency of 15.789%,effective rate was 68.421%.In the experimental group,4 weeks treatment,2 cases had marked effect,improvement in 9 cases,7 cases,show the efficiency of 11.111%,effective rate was 61.111%;Treatment for 8 weeks,3 cases had marked effect,14 cases improved,1 had no effect,show the efficiency of 16.667%,effective rate was 94.444%;Treatment of 12 weeks,6 cases had marked effect,improvement in 11 cases,1 cases ineffective,show the efficiency of 33.333%,effective rate was 94.444%.Treatment of 4 weeks,two groups of curative effect comparison with rank and inspection,there was no statistical difference(P > 0.05);Treatment of 8,12 weeks,two groups of curative effect is adopt the rank and inspection,the difference was statistically(P < 0.05).Finally,skin CT results compared: after treatment for 12 weeks,experimental group CT skin melanin cell rate was 72.222%,the control group in skin CT melanocyte rate was 31.579%,two groups of skin CT exact probability method to compare the test results,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Milli fire needle combined topical 0.1% tacrolimus ointment with topical 0.1% tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of vitiligo alone disease have certain curative effect,nano fire needle in combination with topical tacrolimus ointment 0.1% more topical 0.1% tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of vitiligo alone disease curative effect is more significant.My blessings,however,the specific effect of fire needle treatment of vitiligo remains to be further explored.
