Objective:Klebsiella pneumoniae KPC drug resistance gene detection in Urumqi City area two integrated large three hospitals of carbapenem resistance, analysis of drug resistance mechanism of carbapenem resistant.Method:From August 2014 to May 2015,31 strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae were tested for their susceptibility to carbapenems.By automatic bacterial identification analyzer VITEK2 and screened by MS resistance and drug resistance of Klebsiella pneumoniae to imipenem or meropenem or imipenem meropenem, modified Hodge test and polymerase chain reaction(PCR)detection of bacteria producing KPC type carbapenemase amplified plasmid conjugation experiment to do KPC enzyme positive strains, and the sequencing analysis of the genotypes were successfully transferred plasmid conjugation.Result:For 31 strains of carbapenem resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae by modified Hodge test,18 isolates,20 strains were PCR gene amplified by DNA gene sequencing, the comparison of the results of KPC-2 type carbapenemase, plasmid conjugation experiment of 5 strains were successfully transferred.Sequencing results showed that the KPC-2 type of carbapenems. Conclusion:The resistance mechanism of carbapenem resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae in two hospitals in Urumqi is mainly carried by KPC-2 type carbapenem resistance gene, which should be paid attention to in clinic and laboratory.
