Obejective: Through research overweight and obesity in preschool children and their early risk factors analysis in High-tech Zone of Urumqi,Xinjiang,provide ideas and scientific basis for the prevention of early childhood overweight and obesity.Methods: Using stratified cluster sampling to collect the data of preschool children and children 's mother pregnancy information and neonatal birth weight.Using SPSS 17.0 software to investigate the basic condition of children,as well as the mean and standard deviation of children with height,weight,BMI,hemoglobin,blood glucose and blood lipid in different sexes,ethnic groups,age,according to the group of overweight and obesity children by descriptive study.Comparison rate between the two groups,using x2 test;the changes of the indexes between the two groups were compared by t test;the changes of the three groups were compared with ANOVA;univariate and multivariate unconditional logistic regression analysis of the correlation factors of overweight and obesity among children and the correlation of overweight and obesity in children.Results: The prevalence of overweight and obesity in preschool children in Urumqi High School in Xinjiang was 20.8%;2.The differences of overweight and obesity among children of different sex and age were all statistically significant.The prevalence of overweight and obesity in boys was higher than that in girls?x2 = 7.551,P<0.01?.With age,the overweight and obesity rate of children increased gradually?x2 =14.988,P<0.05?;3.The differences of hemoglobin,FCBG,TC,TG and LDL-C between Han and ethnic minorities were statistically significant?P<0.05?.The difference of hemoglobin between different age groups was statistically significant?F=4.023,P<0.01?.The differences of FCBG,TC,TG and LDL-C in different age groups were statistically significant?F1=3.162,F2=2.920,F3=3.890,F5= 2.421,P<0.05?;4.Pregnancy BMI overweight?OR=2.684,95%CI:1.9543.687?and excessive weight gain during pregnancy?OR=1.648,95%CI:1.2082.247?is the influential factors of overweight and obesity in preschool children.Conclusion: The older the preschooler,the higher the risk of overweight and obesity.Adjustment of mothers during pregnancy BMI and weight gain during pregnancy prevention of overweight and obesity in children play a positive role.
