Objevtive: To analysis the whole genome DNA methylation status in Xinjian g Uygur population and to screen the differentially expressed genes associated wit h CpG island.Methods: From November 2015 in Xinjiang area of Kashi ophthalm ic hospital treatment of patients with XFS and 3 cases of non XFS patients as ca se group,3 patients in the control group,were extracted from the blood serum DN A,using bisulfite sequencing technology transformation(RRBS)of two groups of s pecimens were analyzed by DNA high-throughput sequencing,preliminary data proc essing analysis,and screened the significant differential gene methylation of genomi c DNA of the two groups were on the island of Cp G.Results: 1 the whole geno me methylation profile of DNA in peripheral blood serum of patients with exfoliat ion syndrome was drawn.2.Comparative Analysis of the data of the two groups showed that there were significant differences in the methylation of gene in the w hole genome of CpG Island,suggesting that these 45 genes may be associated with exfoliation syndrome.3.GO enrichment analysis showed that the gene type of the abnormal changes of methylation mainly include protein metabolism,cell adhesio n molecules,negative cell metabolism,cell apoptosis related genes were 2 of the45 genes.4.A total of 17 important KEGG metabolic pathways were identified f or the characteristics of the syndrome,a preliminary screening of the 45 methylati on genes.Conclusion: a preliminary screening of the 45 methylation genes.
