The Research Of Summarizing The Treatment Rule Of Professor Wang Xixing On Colorectal Cancer Based On Data Mining Technology

Objective:Summarize professor Wang Xixing,s TCM rule of treatment on colorectal cancer based on syndrome differentiation and followed the line of symptoms,syndrome,treatment principle,and prescriptions,and based on a variety of data mining methods,clinical practice and view of Professor Wang Xixing.Methods:By retrospective clinical observation method,we collected cases of colorectal cancer according to the selecting criteria of the research and filled the colorectal cancer syndromes questionnaire.We used the MySQL database management software to establish the database,standardize the collected material,and input database accurately.We used frequency analysis,principal component analysis,correlation analysis and statistical analysis method,and had always been to view professor Wang Xixing himself to summarize the law of treating colorectal cancer.Results:1.Syndrome differentiation.By using frequency statistics method,we summarized that the syndrome type of Professor Wang Xixing on treating colorectal cancer mainly had four kinds,namely: the cold-heat coexisted syndrome(35.84%),syndrome of disharmony of liver and spleen(26.51%),syndrome of spleen-QI sinking(16.23%),syndrome of bowel barrier(13.19%).2.The key for syndrome differentiation.By principal component analysis,we summarized the key for syndrome differentiation.Symptoms such as epigastric fullness,red tongue,borborygmus,canker,cold in the abdomen would go to the cold-heat coexisted syndrome.Hypochondriac pain,stomachache,abdominal pain,Stool,Pulse string,irascibility would go to the syndrome of disharmony of liver and spleen.Anus fall,dizzy,anorexia,shortness of breath,weak pulse would go to syndrome of spleen-QI sinking.Belly full,abdominal pain,red tongue,rapid pulse,astriction,vomit would go to syndrome of bowel barrier.3.Rule of using drugs.There are top 10 drugs commonly used by professor Wang Xixing on colorectal cancer: house lizard,Zhejiang Fritillaria,coix seed,shancigu,pinellia,tuckahoe,Smilax glabra,Atractylodes,Codonopsis pilosula,Dried tangerine peel.Most of them are mild flaver,and lies in the spleen,liver and stomach.In addition,we also find out Commonly Combined medication by correlation analysis method.4.Commonly used prescriptions.The cold-heat coexisted syndrome is treated by Banxia Xiexin Decoction.Syndrome of disharmony of liver and spleen is treated by Xiaoyao San.syndrome of spleen-QI sinking is treated by Buzhong Yiqi Decoction.syndrome of bowel barrier is treated by daisaikoto.Conclusion:Professor Wang Xixing thinks that the main pathogenesis of the colorectal cancer is "disharmony".The cold-heat coexisted syndrome and the syndrome of disharmony of liver and spleen syndrome type accounted for more than half.The main treatment method is "harmony",such as Strengthening the body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors,Supporting spleen and dredging liver,reconciling cold and heat.On the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment,Supporting spleen and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine to cancer are both important.The drugs are mild flaver,mild effect and comprehensive care.All of these embody the concept of "harmonizing".
