Clinical Experience Of Director Wang Juxiang In Treating Colorectal Cancer Based On Data Mining Technology

Objective:Through collecting and sorting out clinical medical records,this study summarizes the medical records by means of data mining,to explore the medication law of Wang Juxiang,director of Jiangsu Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of colorectal cancer,and further summarizes his clinical experience,so as to provide more reference for the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of colorectal cancer.Methods:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,329 cases of colorectal cancer from July 2016 to July 2020 are collected.Firstly,the excel summary table of the original data is established,and the data is processed in a unified and standardized way.After checking it one by one for many times,it is entered into Mescase ver 3.8,the assistant platform of experience inheritance for famous and old Chinese medicine practitioners,to form the basic database of clinical medical records.By using FPGrowth algorithm,Xminer Operation Tool,Medcase Chart Tool deconstruction analysis and graphic expression mining methods,this paper analyzes and summarizes the medication rule and clinical eperience of director Wang Juxiang in treating colorectal cancer with traditional C hinese medicine.Results:A total of 329 clinical records are included in this study,including 182 records with colon cancer and 147 records with rectal cancer.A total of 113 clinical symptoms are obtained in this medical case study.The most frequent symptoms are loose stool,frequent defecation,anorexia,abdominal pain,frequent sagittal Qi,bowel so unds,numb ness of limbs,fatigue,dry stool and poor night sleep.There are 37 kinds of tongue and 8 kinds of pulse.The main tongue signs are thin white fur,red texture,light red texture,thin white and slightly greasy fur,light texture,thin white and greasy fur,dark red texture,and tooth marks on the edge;the main pulse signs are thin,number and string.A total of 213 traditional Chinese medicines are obtained by statistics.The most frequently uesd medicines are Codonopsis pilosula,Poria cocos,Atracty lodes macrocephala,Agrimo nia p ilosa,hawthorn,Astragalus membranaceus,Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae,malt,liushenqu and fried coix seed.Through internal correlation,external correlation and cluster analysis,32 pairs of symptoms,28 pairs of tongue,20 pairs of pulse,32 pairs of drugs and 29 groups of core prescriptions are obtained.Conclusion:Summarize director Wang Juxiang’s clinical experience in treating colorectal cancer through data mining and clinical follow-up study.Director Wang thinks that the basic pathogenesis of colorectal cancer is spleen deficiency and weak intestine,gastrointestinal dysfunction,damp heat accumulation in the colon,stagnation of blood stasis and toxin,evil Qi is the origin,long-term cancer;the basic internal causes are spleen deficiency and weak intestine,and the pathogenic factors are damp heat and heat toxin.Director Wang’s commonly used drugs for colorectal cancer include:Codonopsis pilosula、Astragalus membranaceus;tangerine peel、Atractylodes macrocephala;Poria cocos、fried coix seed;Caulis Spatholobi、Herba euphorb iae;Ange lica sinensis、hempseed、Fructus Trichosanthis;hawthorn、liushenqu、malt.Director Wang’s basic prescriptions for colorectal cancer are:Dangshen 10g、Huangqi 30g、Chaobaizhu 10g、Fuling 10g、Shengshanyao 10g、Chao baibiandou 10g、Chaoyiren 30g、Muxiang6g、Sharen 3g(houxia)、Huanglian 6g、C henpi 10g、Shiliupi 15g、Daxueteng 15g、Dijincao 15g、Xianhecao 15g、Gouqizi 10g、Chaomaiya 10g、Jiaoshanzha 10g、Jiaoliushenqu 10g.Director Wang’s important rules in the clinical treatment of colorectal cancer are strengthening the spleen and benefiting the intestine,warming the spleen and kidney,nourishing yin and blood,nourishing qi and blood,and astringent bowel and reducing constipation,among which the core is strengthening the spleen and benefiting the intestine;eliminating pathogenic factors mainly include clearing heat and removing dampness,activating blood circulation and removing stasis,regulating qi and resolving phlegm,warming the spleen and dispersing cold,and softening the firm and dispersing the knot,among which the core is clearing heat and removing dampness.
