Effect Of Fire Needling Bloodletting Therapeutic Technique On Varicose Veins Of Lower Extremities

Objective:The research was conducted by treating varicose veins of lower extremity using fire-needling bloodletting therapeutic method,to observe and evaluate its curative effect,also to compare the analysis of the pathological diseases involved with either size of the saphenous vein valve insufficiency,traffic venous valve insufficiency,and mixed valve insufficiency of the three different types of LEVV,make clear the difference between them,so that it can be better and more targeted to the treatment of varicose veins of lower extremity,at the same time,through the research and study its mechanism to further clarify the fire needle therapy for lower extremity varicose veins to provide new ideas and some clinical basis for future researches.Methods:The study included a standard of 55 patients with varicose veins of lower limb as the research object,using its own comparison before and after clinical trial design principles,first of all,the interrogation and the specialized examination of all subjects on,combined with lower limb arterio venous color Doppler ultrasound and pressure test results,clearly the type of lower extremity varicose veins,using the varicose veins clinical severity score(VCSS),Venous Disability Score(VDS),and chronic venous insufficiency questionnaire(CVIQ),three clinical overall evaluation questionnaire on patients,then,using collaterals acupuncture bloodletting therapy with the fire of my blessings to the object of study for 1-3 times of treatment,every 2-4 weeks,the specific number of treatment and interval time were according to the condition of patients with local fire needle wound healing and the evaluation of the clinical curative effect,2-4 weeks after the first treatment we evaluated the efficacy,three or less than three times.When the patients reached the standard of efficacy in the end of treatment,a curative effect was evaluated after a month,to show and indicate the final efficacy outcome.By observing the changes of VCSS,VDS,CIVIQ score,and other criteria,clinical efficacy was evaluated,data collection and analysis was completed SPSS 20 statistical software.Results:The final treatment and observation of 43 cases,through the analysis,the data drew the following results and conclusions:①After 2-3 of time treatment using fire needling before treatment and after one month of treatment,results were observed.Out of the 43 cases,the total effective rate and effective rate score were 32.56%and 74.42%,respectively,in the 43 cases,for VCSS,VDS and CIVIQ integral before and after comparison the statistics showed some difference,and from its results and statistics,it shows that the fire needing therapy has better therapeutic effect on lower extremity varicose veins,and can improve the quality of life of patients with varicose veins of lower extremity ②Three different types of varicose veins of lower extremity in patients with fire needling therapy before treatment,cases were subjected to age,gender,course of disease,the symptom score and life quality score,by comparative analysis,showed no significant difference(P>0.05),have comparability.③The clinical curative effect of three different types of varicose veins:The effective rate and effective rate of the size of saphenous vein insufficiency and mixed type were 8.33%、0.00%;41.67%、70.00%respectively,patients who were significantly less than patients with traffic valve insufficiency 61.91%、95.24%,have comparability,and from the three VCSS,VDS,CIVIQ integral after treatment and the difference between before and after comparison,Apart from CIVIQ before and after the difference there was not statistically significant,the rest were statistically significant ④The two groups of patients survival quality score compared before and after treatment(P<0.05).The results shows that the treated group improved the body pain,vitality,mental health,social function better than the control group,which indicates that fire needling therapy to be better.Conclusion:The indicates that treatment of acute varicose veins of lower extremities with acupuncture combined with bloodletting therapeutic method is safe,effective and can help to improve the severity of clinical disorders and the degree of venous function damage,among the three common types of varicose veins in the lower extremities,and it has much effect on treating the three different types of communicating perforator veins valve insufficiency.
