Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Nerve Root Type Cervical Spondylosis With Warm Acupuncture Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine Iontophoresis

Objectives:To investigate the clinical effect of warming acupunctur e combined with iontophoresis of Chinese herbal medicine on patients with nerve root type cervical spondylosis.Methods:From June 2014-2015 year in June 60 cases of hospital ized patients with cervical spondylitis radiculopathy in Futian District T CM Hospital of Shenzhen City,according to the study criteria,in accor dance with the first diagnosis of sequence,using random number table methods in this study were consistent with the,the selected cases were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.Among the m,the treatment group A warming acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis group,the control group B group acupuncture co mbined with Chinese medicine iontophoresis.The treatment time was 30 minutes each time,once a day,6 days for a course of treatment.After3 courses of treatment,two groups of patients with nerve root type of cervical spondylosis were observed.The curative effect of the two gro ups was compared.SPSS 19 statistical software was used for statistical analysis,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.To evaluate the effect of warming acupuncture combined with Chinese herbal medicine iontophoresis on nerve root type cervical spondylosis,an d to provide an optimized scheme for the treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis.Results:1.According to the clinical curative effect of two groups after treatment: the treatment group A(warm acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine iontophoresis group)16 cases were cured(53.3%),9cases(30%),effective in 4 cases(13.3%),invalid in 1 cases(3.3%),t he total effective rate was 96.7%;the control group(B acupuncture gro up)13 cases were cured(43.3%),7 cases(23.3%),effective in 3 cases(10%),invalid in 7 cases(23.3%),the total effective rate was 76.7%.T wo groups of data through statistical analysis,the treatment group comp ared with the clinical efficacy of the control group,the difference was s tatistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group;2.before and after treatment in two groups of symptoms,signs and functional status evaluation index shows: the treatment group before trea tment and control group scores were compared between groups,no stati stically significant differences(P > 0.05);group of symptoms,signs and functional status score after treatment,significantly lower than the contr ol group,P<0.05;3.Two groups of patients before and after treatment PRI score,VA S score,PPI score compared with before treatment in the three groups were basically the same,there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05);after treatment,the treatment group A group in the PRI sco re,VAS score and PPI score were significantly lower than before treatm ent,the difference is statistical significance(P < 0.05);control group B group than in the PRI score,VAS score before treatment(P < 0.05),b ut in the PPI score,B control group after treatment and before treatment had no significant difference(P > 0.05).Conclusion:The medicine iontophoresis combined with warm acupu ncture can significantly improve the clinical patients with nerve root typ e cervical spondylosis cure rate and reduce pain in patients with cervica l spondylosis of nerve root type,can be used as a new program for the treatment of patients with cervical spondylosis of nerve root type,it is a safe and effective method.Acupuncture combined with traditional Ch inese medicine iontophoresis method compared with the control group tr eatment,improve clinical curative effect has better clinical curative effec t of patients with cervical spondylitis radiculopathy and general treatmen t group,the total efficiency was 96.7%.Warm acupuncture combined wi th the evaluation index of symptoms,signs and functional status of Chi nese medicine iontophoresis group patients were compared with acupunct ure combined with Chinese medicine iontophoresis group has been signi ficantly improved,pain evaluation index comparison results also showed that acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine iontophore sis therapy in improving the clinical symptoms and signs of patients wit h cervical spondylitis radiculopathy and ease the pain the status of treat ment has more advantages,is worthy of further research and promotion.
