| Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of needle knife,knee arthritis with therapeutic apparatus,acupuncture interventional blood stasis type knee osteoarthritis,in order to explore a stable and reliable blood stasis type knee osteoarthritis treatment methods to provide clinical experimental basis.Methods:A total of 120 cases were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 30 cases in needle group,therapeutic apparatus group,acupuncture and control group,respectively.Needle knife group took Xuehai,Liangqiu,Yinlingquan,Yanglingquan,Heding Point and patellar tenderness point,medial and lateral collateral ligament,patellar ligament starting and ending point of needle release adhesive contracture once a week,and 5 times for a course of treatment;knee arthritis with therapeutic apparatus group will be attached to the treatment of the instrument electrode inside and outside the knee,according to the condition and tolerance of patients,adjusting of one treatment was 30 days;Xuehai Point,Liangqiu Point,Yinlingquan Point,Yanglingquan Point,Dubi Point and Heding Point in acupuncture group were chosen,30 minutes each time,everyday,and the duration of one treatment was 30 days.The control group was injected intra-articular with sodium hyaluronate therapy once a week,5 times for a course of treatment.Four groups of patients before and after treatment VAS score,knee joint motor function,clinical symptoms score were compared,the clinical efficacy classification,control rate and total effective rate assessment,parallel statistical analysis.Results:Among the 120 patients in the study,and finally 114 patients completed the experiment,needle knife group of 29 cases,therapeutic apparatus group of 29 cases,acupuncture group of 28 cases and control group of 28 cases.1.VAS score comparison:After treatment,the VAS scores of the acupuncture group,the knee arthritis treatment group,the acupuncture group and the control group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),and there was significant difference between the four groups after treatment(P<0.01),and the difference between the four groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),which was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01),and also higher than the acupuncture group(P<0.05)were statistically significant(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the other two groups(P>0.05).2.Knee motor function comparison:After the end of treatment,four groups of patients after treatment of knee motor function scores were significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.01);needle knife knee motor function score increased significantly higher than the other three groups(P<0.01).The therapeutic apparatus group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Although the therapeutic apparatus group was higher than the acupuncture group and the acupuncture group was higher than the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.Clinical symptoms:After the end of treatment,four groups of clinical symptoms of knee points were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01),and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05)。Compared with the control group(P<0.01),the degree of clinical symptom score reduction in the knee joint group and knee arthritis treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P>0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The acupuncture group was higher than the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).4.Clinical efficacy comparison:After the end of treatment,the clinical efficacy levels of the four groups were statistically significant by Kruskal-Wallis H rank test(P<0.05).The control display rate of the four groups showed the significant difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the four groups was compared with chi square test,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The clinical curative effect classification and the control display rate have the difference,the needle knife therapy is superior to the other three groups curative effect,the knee arthritis treatment group is better than the acupuncture group,the control group curative effect,the acupuncture group is better than the control group.Conclusions:1.Needle knife,knee arthritis treatment,acupuncture,joint cavity injection of Sodium Hyaluronate Injection treatment of knee osteoarthritis are effective.2.Needle knife therapy for the treatment of blood stasis type knee osteoarthritis in the improvement of pain,joint movement function and clinical symptoms is better than the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,acupuncture,intraarticular injection of Sodium Hyaluronate.3.Needle knife therapy for the treatment of blood stasis type knee osteoarthritis clinical curative effect is better,worthy of clinical promotion. |
