The Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Eczema With Damp Heat Type By Self-made Shi Chuang Zhi Yang Tang

ObjectiveThis study was designed to observe the clinical efficacy of treating damp heat eczema by Shi Chuang Zhi Yang Tang,and make an evaluation of its safety,so as to come to a dicision about clinical practical value.Methods1.Grouping:We selected 96 patients which were met the criteria,and divide them into therapy group,control group 1 and control group 2 randomly,so that each group was 32 patients.2.Treatment program:Therapy group was given oral Shi Chuang Zhi Yang Tang(Purs lane 30g,Sophora Flavescens 10g,Phellodendron 15g,Phellodendron 15g,Baqia 20g,Tribulus terrestris L.15g,Feiyangcao 15g,Fangfeng 10g,Jingjiesui 15g,Niuxi 15g,Gancao 6g),which simmer in water for about 200ml,and took twice a day.Control group 1 took Simiaowan two times a day and each time took 6g.Control group 2 took 60mg fexofenadine twice a day.Three groups were treated with mometasone furoate cream for external use in the morning and evening every day.If the skin lesions of three groups of patients had more lesions,use nitrofurazone for wet packing and when infiltration reduced,used mometasone furoate cream outside further.The treatment continues for 4 weeks.3.Observation method:Recording three groups patients’ EASI,pruritus degree and adverse reactions in the first visit and the end of treatment.Result1.The general situation of three groups of patients such as gender,age and course was no statistically significant difference.The i r EASI and pruritus degree also had no difference by ANOVA in the first visit.2.The treatment group cured 11 cases,markedly effective in 8 cases,effective in 10 cases,invalid in 2 cases and the total effect rate was 93.5%.Meanwhile,5 clinical cure,7 effective,7 success and 11 non-effective of control group 1,and the total cure rate was 63.3%.The number of recovery remarkable effect,effect and inefficacy were 6,7,8 and 9 in the control group 2 with 70.0%cure rate.The treatment group was better than the control 1 and the control group 2(p<0.01).3.There were significant difference about EASI and pruritus degree among 3 groups in pre and post treatment by t test(p<0.05).And the EASI and pruritus degree in the treatment group were better than the control 1 and the control group 2(p<0.05).ConclusionThe clinical efficacy of the treatment(Shichuangzhiyangtang)was better than the two control groups.
