Background Skin is the first barrier against outside environmental damage human body.Through physiological indexes for the Chinese healthy people skin detection,which can improve the dermatologist clinicians understanding of skin disease,diagnosis and curative effect evaluation.Due to the resolution of the traditional ultrasonic imaging system is not enough,the depth is not superficial and probe(ultrasonic transducer)and does not apply to dermatology.With the development of high frequency ultrasound imaging instrument skin,high frequency ultrasound imaging has been applied in the field of dermatology.With the development of skin high frequency ultrasound imaging instrument,high frequency ultrasound imaging has been applied in the field of dermatology.because of the skin high frequency ultrasound imaging instrument has features of high frequency and high resolution,it not only can clearly show the layers of skin structure,but also accurate measurement of the skin thickness and skinechodensity.A dermatologist in the high frequency ultrasound imaging system,with the help of many indications can be diagnosed with skin diseases.Skin thickness and density of the echo is skin physiological monitoring index commonly,some of the common skin diseases such as type,joint with psoriasis vulgaris psoriasis,atopic dermatitis and scleroderma onset process is accompanied by the change of skin thickness and skin echodensity.This research mainly to detect the healthy crowd density of the echo of the thickness of the skin,skin and skin sonograms,discuss them in different gender,age and location difference,in order to a dermatologist in skin diseasediagnosis and assess the curative effect.Objective To automatically measure the Chinese health crowd skin thickness、skin of the echo density and skin sonogram with noninvasive method,and to Test them whether there is statistical significance in the healthy people.Methods Automatically measuring the skin thickness,skin of echo density and ultrasonographic observations,respectively on the forehead,cheek,forearm,opisthenar,palm,abdomen,shank,instep eight different anatomical site from 830 healthy people by 22 MHZ high-frequency ultrasound,and recording each data in detail.Results 22 MHZ high-frequency ultrasound can clearly show the layers of skin structure,skin layer as a linear high echo;Dermis for medium echo,dermis subcutaneous veins of the lower visible tubular low echo;Subcutaneous fat layer for low echo;Superficial fascia rules for longitudinal lines of linear high echo.Male hands skin was the most thick and Women instep skin was thinnest which campare with skin thickness of Eight different parts.Different parts,different gender all affected the skin thickness and were statistically significant(p ﹤ 0.05).Female shank skin density of the echo was highest and male forehead skin density of the echo was minimum,which campare with skin density of the echo of Eight different parts.Other parts of the two skin echo density difference between the two is statistically significant(p ﹤ 0.05),except cheek to abdomen,forearm to palm,shank to instep.In addition to the instep,other parts of the gender different echoes its skin density difference has a statistical significance(p ﹤ 0.05).Conclusion 22 MHZ high-frequency ultrasound can clearly show the skin layers structure and accurately measure the skin thickness and density of the echo.It is a kind of non-invasive examination,which plays a crucial role in skin disease diagnosis,curative effect evaluation,measurement and monitoring of normal skin,skin tumor and cosmetic dermatology.
