In this paper,main active components of Yun angelca sinensis from different origin were determined.And component content of angelca sinensis by different dry methods were compared.Then vacuum freeze drying technology selection of angelca sinensis were selected to determine the optimum process.Next,in order to evaluate their quality,the quality of angelca sinensis by the vacuum freeze-drying was studied.Finally,biological activity of freeze-dried angelica sinensis had been discussed preliminarily.The main contents in this work are summarized as follow:1.Through to the determination of Yun angelca sinensis from different origin,angelca sinensis are rich in ferulic acid(1.28?2.04mg/g)and Ligustilide(13.12?18.23 mg/g).It is shown that quality of Yun angelca sinensis is good.2.Different drying methods including vacuum freeze dry drum wind drying,microwave drying,vacuum drying and dry in the sun were compared to investigate the appearance,morphology and the component content of angelca sinensis.It can be found that the vacuum freeze drying is better in maintaining morphology and the component content to be used as herb medicine.Furthermore,this method can preserve effective components of angelica sinensis.3.Using resistance method,the eutectic point of angelica is-26.5 ?,melting point is-24.5 ?.To obtain the optimized vacuum freezing drying process,two factors of heating temperature and chamber pressure were investigated,and the ferulic acid,Ligustilide and power consumption were set as evaluation index,the results suggested that on the condition of 0 pa and 35 ?,the the best quality of products can be reached as well as the proper power consumption.Furthermore,by single factors and orthogonal experiment evaluation,the optimized drying condition are heating temperature of 35 ?,the thickness is 4 mm,pressure of drying chamber is 20 pa.Under the condition,both relatively low energy consumption and good quality of angelica slices can be obtained.4.Freeze-driedproducts were charactrized for moisture,ash content,extract,naphtha,the content of ferulic acid,the content of Ligustilide,pesticide residues and heavy metal content to determinat the quality and provide experimental basis.5,By in vitro dissolving experiment,freeze-dried angelica were better dissolution in artificial gastric intestinal juice,compared with other methods.In vivo preliminary exploration also indicated the better blood coagulation time and anticoagulant effect of freeze-dried angelica.
