The Efficacy Of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection On Acute Exacerbation Of Chronic Heart Failure Patients

Objective:The levels of N terminal-pro brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),left heart ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),homocysteine(HCY),hypersensitive c-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and fasting blood glucose(FBG)were compared to evaluate the efficacy of shenqi fuzheng injection on chronic heart failure patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.We hoped that we can find a better treatment on chronic heart failure patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.We also tested the homocysteine(HCY)and hypersensitive c-reactive protein(hs-CRP)to determine that whether the two indicatrix can predict the occurrence of heart failure.Method: This study collected the hospitalized patients in the Department of Cardiology and ICU of the Department of Cardiology in the Hospital during the period from May 2015 to December 2016,and the patients were diagnosed with chronic heart failure patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.150 patients were included.We assigned them to two groups according to random number table method after Strict screening.The control group patients were treated with continuous low flow oxygen,strict control of blood glucose,cardiac,diuretic,nitrates and vascular dilation drug,etc.The experimental group was treated with conventional treatment and shenqi fuzheng injection(250ml).The shenqi fuzheng injection was used once a day for 14 days.Results:Cardiac function,blood glucose,HCY and hs-CRP showed improvement with different degree after treatment.The experimental group had statistically significant compared with the control group in reducing NT-proBNP(P <0.05).There was significantly difference between the experimental group and the control group in left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),cardiac function effect,and hs-CRP after treating(P < 0.05).There was significantly difference between the two groups in fasting plasma glucose after treating(P < 0.05).There was no significantly difference between the two groups inHbA1 c after treating(P>0.05).There had no obvious adverse reactions in treating process,and the security is good.Conclusions:Shenqi fuzheng injection can effectively improve cardiac function indexes in patients with chronic heart failure and type 2 diabetes mellitus.It can also effectively reducing the patients’ blood glucose.It can improve the curative effect when we add shenqi fuzheng injection on chronic heart failure with type 2 diabetes mellitus based on conventional treatment.And there was no obvious adverse reactions.
