Acupuncture Intervention In The Research Of Male Infertility By Co-Word Clustering Analysis

ObjectiveTo analyze acupuncture intervention in the research status and hot fields male infertility by co-word clustering analysis.MethodsFirstly,retrieve all the literature from Chinese,journal full-text databases(CNKI),WanfangData Knowledge Service platform,Chinese periodical databases(VIP)and Chinese Biomedical Literature Database(CBM).Then use NoteExpress to eliminate unrelated documents.The high frequency words were counted by an analysis program named Bibliographic Item Co-occurrence Matrix Builder(BIOCMB).According to the G index,we can Identify high frequency keywords.The corresponding co-word matrixes were constructed by Bibexcel,and then the data was input into SPSS22.0 software for hierarchical clustering analysis.ResultsFinally 140 articles were included.706 keywords and high 24 high frequency words were take into account.Factor analysis shows that it is appropriate to extract 6 common factors.Common factor 1 is male infertility,semen routine parameter,weak sperm disease,acupuncture and so on.Common factor 2 is the sex hormone,the pure starch superoxide dismutase,the needle and so on.Common factor 3 is anti sperm antibody,immunological infertility and so on.Common factor 4 is non-ejaculation,kidney deficiency Common factor 5 is the kidney,the acupoint and the clinical symptoms of TCM.Common factor of 6 is abnormal semen,varicose veins and so on.The cluster analysis was divided into six categories.Category 1:immunological infertility and antisperm antibodies.Class 2:acupuncture and literature review.Category 3:male infertility,regular semen parameters,weak sperm,acupuncture and Chinese medicine.Category 4:sex hormones,superoxide dismutase,needle selection,and varicose veins.Category 5:acupoint injection,kidney deficiency and clinical symptom of Chinese medicine.Class 6 can be grouped into three small classes,semen abnormalities,electric needles,and male rats are grouped into small groups;the wuzi-yanzong pill and the clinical study gathered into one small class and Non-ejaculation,syndromes,and kidney deficiency are grouped into one small category.ConclusionFirstly,the study of acupuncture interferes with the research of male infertility,which has developed into three hot areas of semen abnormality,varicose veins,and sexual dysfunction.Secondly,shows that less weak sperm of concern,hot limited pluralism,research is not deep enough as the characteristic.Thirdly,the potential fields such as immune sterility,infective infective infertility and experimental research of infertility are worth discussing.
