ObjectiveTo explore the bibliometrics characteristics,the hierarchical cluster analysis of keyword,and the treatment effectiveness and the symptomkuppennan score of Meta-analyses bsaed on modern clinical Journal literature on using acupuncture for treating Menopausal Syndrome.Methods2 researchers acquired independently literatures which was accordance with the inclusion criteria,and extracted information from literatures such as Literature published year,author s unit,the author area,The name of the journal,fund,intervention technique,keyword,total effective rate,and symptom kupperman score.,than making EXCEL for it.(1)Analyze essential characteristic of literatures with the method of bibliometrics.(2)Literatures leading-in noteExpress,literature bibliography information statistics and analysis tools(SATI3.2)and SPSS 22.0 software system during the merger,combined near synonyms and translated keyword which used english into Chinese,than clustering analysis the keword.(3)Evaluate the quality of literature with bias risk assessment tool,and the total effective rate and symptom kupperman score for the contrast of acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine or acupuncture and western medicine with the Review Manager 5.3 software.Results(1)In the research of bibliometrics characteristics,we acquired 249 published documents.Literature first in 1986.It Present a increasing tendency in number of published literature from the year of 1986 to 2016.The average number of published articles in each year at 9.The maximum number of published documents was in the year of 2006.The province of organization of First author was distribution across 31 provinces.The number of published literature in shandong province are the most.The organizations of all the first author has 198,andwith wasfundamental as colleges and universities,hospital,and research institution,and that the most was hospital.The number journal of published documents involved 114.According to the number of published documents produced the top five journal that was Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture(32),Journal of Clinical Acupuncture(17),Chinese Acupuncture(13),Yunnan traditional Chinese medicine magazine(7),Journal of traditional Chinese medicine of Hebei(7).31 documents acquired support of fund program.Achieving 12.49%.4 documents acquired support of fund program from national level.There was 32 kinds of therapeutic method in the 249 documents that treating Menopausal Syndrome.The frequency of therapeutic method of acupuncture was most that achieved highly at 59,and acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine was 41,and ear acupoint application therapy was 16.(2)In the research of hierarchical cluster analysis for the keyword of database,we acquired 251 keyword.The number frequency of usage of keyword achieve at 869.we selected the top 29 of the keywords which achieving 65.69%to doing hierarchical cluster analysis.The tree diagram showed that keywords would ranked in 5 kinds.Acupuncture,woman,clinical observation,ear acupoint application therapy,acupoint injection should be focus in a rank.Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine,vegetative nerve functional disturbance,observation of curative effect,abdominal acupuncture should be focus in a rank.Electroacupuncture,auricular acupuncture,moxibustion,sanyinjiao(sp6),perimenopausal syndrome,symptom kupperman score,back-shu point should be focus in a rank.Manipulation,psychological intervention,insomnia,climacteric,acupoint,estradiol should be focus in a rank.(3)The treatment effectiveness of acupuncture for treating Menopausal Syndrome is superior to the control group of traditional Chinese medicine(quntai capsule,liu-wei-di-huang pill,climacteric-syndrome-relieving tablet,chinese decoction).The symptom kupperman score of acupuncture for treating Menopausal Syndrome is superior to the control group of climacteric-syndrome-relieving tablet.The treatment effectiveness of acupuncture for treating Menopausal Syndrome is superior to the control group of Western medicine estrogen combine with oryzanol,tibolone).But in the contrast of treatment effectiveness of acupuncture and oryzanol,acupuncture and hormone,we founded the subgroups of research literature which we searched and acquired has relatively larger difference.In the contrast of symptom kupperman score of acupuncture and oryzanol,acupuncture and hormone,we founded the subgroups of research literature which we searched and acquired also has relatively larger difference.ConclusionThe number of published documents on modern clinical Journal literature of acupuncture for treating Menopausal Syndrome present a increasing tendency in every year.But the number of the project fund was deficient.Only 31 documents acquired support of fund program.And 7 documents acquired support of fund program from national level.The organization of First author was amost hospital.And The province of organization of First author was distributed uneven.It has formed basically a core periodical that Menopausal Syndrome,the research of curative effect observation about acupuncture comzbined with traditional Chinese medicine to improve syndrome of vegetative nerve functional disturbance,the research of curative effect observation about acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine to treating perimenopause syndrome,the research of specificity of acupoints in acupuncture treating Menopausal Syndrome,the research of treating Menopausal Syndrome through acupuncture combined with psychological intervention.The treatment effectiveness of acupuncture for treating Menopausal
