The Clinical Curative Effect Of Relieve Nodule Method For The Neck Type Of Cervical Spondylosis

Objective:Through the simple randomized controlled study method,the North wick Park Neck Pain Questionnaire(NPQ)and the Visual Analog Scale(VAS)were used as the evaluation indexes to evaluate the curative effect of the treatment of the neck type of cervical spondylosis(NTCS)by the comparison of relieve nodule acupuncture and common acupuncture.To find an effective and safer clinical optimization for NTCS.Methods:In this study,a simple random method was used to generate stochastic numbers using JMTJFX concise statistical analysis software.Make stochastic allocation cards,which were grouped according to the stochastic numbers.Patients included in the study were divided into the experimental group(the solution group)and the control group(common acupuncture group).Each group of 35 patients,one month to complete two courses of treatment(3 times a week,2 weeks for a course of treatment).The scores of NPQ.VAS,and the follow-up scores after the end of the treatment were compared before and after the end of the course of treatment.The scores of the two groups were compared to evaluate the clinical curative effect.Statistical analysis was carried out using the statistical software SPSS22.0.Results:In the course of the study,1 case occurred.In the end experimental group included 34 cases,the control group included 35 cases.(1)There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment and the baseline was comparable.(2)There was significant difference between the before and after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that the two groups of treatment regimens have definite curative effect on the improvement of NTCS.The NPQ and VAS scores of the control group decreased after treatment,and the NPQ and VAS scores of the control group were decreased after the general acupuncture treatment.At the end of the course of treatment,scores are the lowest.The two kinds of solution can reduce the NPQ and VAS scores of NTCS,and have definite therapeutic effect.(3)The NPQ and VAS scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group at each observation point.NPQ score:after 2 weeks of treatment,the solution group’ s NPQ score is 32.12 ± 9.66,the control group was 25.23 ± 11.81,P<0.05,statistically significant.After the treatment,the NPQ score was 22.12 ±11.21 and 14.54 ± 11.36 in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The NPQ score was 21.44 ± 11.03 and 12.74 ± 9.04 in the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The results showed that the NPQ score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.VAS score:2 weeks after treatment,the solution of acupuncture group VAS score of 3.50 ± 1.26,the control group was 2.89 ±1.21,between the groups P<0.05,was statistically significant.After the end of the total treatment,the VAS score of the solution group was 2.56 ±1.42,the control group was 1.54 ± 1.29,the comparison between the groups P<0.05,statistically significant.The VAS score was 1.97 ± 1.09 and 1.14± 0.94 in the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The above data show that at each observation time node,the experimental group VAS score was higher than the control group.In summary,the observation point of time,ordinary acupuncture treatment of cervical cervical disease is better than the solution of acupuncture group.(4)Compared with the two groups,the total effective rate was 64.7%/64.7%in the experimental group,and the total effective rate was 82.8%/88.5%in the control group according to the NPQ and VAS scores.After total treatment,the total effective rate was 82.4%/82.4%in the experimental group and 88.6%/91.4%in the control group.The effective rate was 82.4%/79.5%in the experimental group and 88.6%/88.6%in the control group.The above statistics show that the observation time of the node,the control group than the experimental group.(5)The relieve nodule method of acupuncture is safe and reliable,no security problems were happened during the experiment.Conclusions:(1)Relieve nodule method of acupuncture is an effective method for the treatment of NTCS,the clinical efficacy has been confirmed.(2)The relieve nodule method of acupuncture has no obvious advantages compared with common acupuncture for the treatment of NTCS,the specific reasons and long-term effects to be further studied.(3)The relieve nodule method of acupuncture is simple,safe and effective,and can be used as an auxiliary method of ordinary acupuncture method to improve the curative effect of clinical acupuncture on NTCS.
