Clinical Research To The TOAST Of The Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type Of Acute Ischemic Stroke And The Treatment By Combining The Traditional Chinese Medicine And Western Medicine

Objective:To observe and analyse the TOAST of the qi deficiency and blood stasis(QDBS)type of acute ischemic stroke,and the clinical curative effectiveness of combining Buyang Huanwu decoction(BHD)and the acupuncture method of sharpening mind and inducing consciousness(AMIC)Methods:186 patients with the QDBS of the acute ischemic stroke were randomly assigned to 2 groups,the control group(n=91)was taken the basic medication,the observation group(n=95)was taken the basic medication and combining the BHD and AMIC.All of the patients were classified according to TOAST criteria and evaluated by NIHSS.To study the high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),homocysteinemia(HCY),low-density lipoprotein-C(LDL-C),D-dimmer(D-D),National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),the changing of the score of qi deficiency and blood stasis type of 2 groups that before and after treatment.Research the condition of the curative effect of the neurological function,the curative effect of the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)between the 2 groups.Results:The cases of the SAA and LAA were more than the one of the CE,SOE and SUE(P<0.05).The NIHSS of the CE and LAA were higher than the others(P<0.01),and the SAA is the lowest.After treatment,all of the hs-CRP,HCY,LDL-C,D-D,NIHSS in 2 groups were lower than before(P<0.01),and the observation group was better than the control group.The curative effect of the neurological function and TCM in observation group were better than control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The cases of the SAA and LAA were more than the others in the QDBS type of acute ischemic stroke.The neural functional injury of the CE and LAA were more serious than the others.On the basis of western medicine used,adding to combine the BHD and AMIC was better than the only western medicine to treat the QDBS type of acute ischemic stroke.
