Clinical Observation Of Ren's Naomaisu In Treating Ischemic Stroke With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective:To observe the renshinaomaisu in treatment of acute cerebral infarction the clinical curative effect of qi deficiency and blood stasis,verified the effectiveness and safety.Methods:The 60 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients and belongs to qi deficiency and blood stasis type of patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).Two groups of patients were regular treatment:Improving brain metabolism,nerve nutrition,antihypertensive,hypoglycemic,maintain water and electrolyte balance and other symptomatic treatment,but The treatment group take renshinaomaisu,2 times a day,even served 14 days.Respectively to oobserve the signs and symptoms of two groups of patients on the first day and 14th day istroke-qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome integral,and liver and kidney function,n the hospital.Nerve function defect score,blood routine,mainland,evaluate the safety of drugs.Results:1.After the treatment,neurological deficit scores and TCM syndrome scores in the control group and the treatment group were lower than before.The result has significant difference(P<0.05).The effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine group is 93.3%,Effective rate of control group is 73.3%,The result was significant difference(P<0.05).2.safety index tests carried out on the patient on the first day and day 14 of entering the hospital respectively,Before and after the event,have no obvious change,It shows that the prescription of the excellent safety.Conclusion:The prescription can improve the acute phase of cerebral infarction qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in patients with clinical symptoms,promoting neural functional recovery.
