Clinical Observation Of Botulinum Toxin Type A To Inject Masseter Muscle Combined With Hyaluronic Acid Fillers Filling The Chin To Remodel The Basifacial Contour 1/3

[Objective]:To evaluate the efficacy of the combination treatments using botulinum toxin Type A to inject masseter muscle and hyaluronic acid fillers to filling the chin to remodel the basifacial contour 1/3,and to analyze the satisfaction and therapeutic safety of this combined therapy.[Methods]:We selected 20 patients who met the treatment indications in our hospital as the observation object.According to the actual situation and their own needs of the subjects,all the 20 patients were given the combination treatment of botulinum toxin type A injection of masseter muscle and Restylane 2 injection filling the chin.The subjects were followed up for 1 month,3 months and 6 months after the combined injection to assess the strength of the masseter muscle and the improvement of the basifacial contour 1/3.And investigate the satisfaction of the subjects,the safety,efficacy and durability of the combined therapy.[Results]:According to the follow-up of 1 month,3 months,and 6 months after injection,the basifacial contour 1/3 of the subjects have been improved differently.Subjcts are highly satisfacted with the combined therapy.The efficacy and the safety of the combined therapy is also good.In addition,the duration of efficacy is accepted by most subjects.[Conclusion]:The combination treatments using botulinum toxin Type A to inject masseter muscle and hyaluronic acid fillers to filling the chin to remodel the basifacial contour 1/3 have a small trauma and a high safety.Most subjects have a high level of satisfaction with the combined therapy.The combined therapy is worth promoting.
