Purpose:To analyze the influencing factors of Hp infection, and provide a direction for prevention;objective to study the characteristics of Hp infection and provide evidence for early diagnosis;objective to investigate the distribution pattern of Hp infection.Method:In this study, the method of combining large data with clinical research was used to collect people who met the goals of the study, and to form a full set of data for research and analysis, and to explore the characteristics of Hp infection in the actual situation.By reference to the authoritative books comprehensive clinical experience, design clinical observation table.Collect 201 patients with symptoms of digestive tract were treated in the Nanjing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine during April 2016 to June 2016,and the patients with 13C breath test or gastroscopy. The patients were divided into two groups, including Hp positive patients with a total of 104 cases,as the case group,Hp negative patients with a total of 97 cases as the control group;According to the clinical data of the patients, the database was established.By using the method of statistical analysis,we analyzed the related factors of Hp infection and its characteristics, the distribution of syndrome type of Hp infection.Result:(1)There was no significant difference in Hp positive rate among different gender, age and marital status(P>0.05);There was no significant correlation between Hp infection and whether or not to eat outside or drink(P>0.05);and whether separately eating by dishes, smoking there were significant differences(P<0.05).The positive rate of Hp was significantly higher than that of the non meal population, and the positive rate of Hp was significantly higher in smokers than non-smokers.(2)Hp infection main symptoms appear high frequency by the number of at least is as following:gastrectasia, belching, bad breath, loose stool, acid reflux;red tongue with the tongue, moss yellow and greasy, pulse condition is given priority to with string, smooth.Gastrectasia, belching, bad breath, loose stool, greasy fur in Hp positive group and Hp negative group has significant difference in distribution(P<0.05).Acid reflux, red tongue, and yellow fur has no significant difference in the two groups(P>0.05).Analysis of risk factors of separately eating by dishes and smoking, belching, bad breath, loose stool,Hp infection rate is higher.(3)The distribution of syndrome types in patients with Hp infection:the spleen and stomach damp heat syndrome, accounting for 37.5%,followed by the syndrome of disharmony between liver and stomach(26%)>spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome(18.3%)>cold and heat complication syndrome(8.7%)>deficiency of stomach yin syndrome(7.7%)>stomach blood-stasis syndrome(1.9%).Conclusion:(1)Hp infection was not associated with gender, age, marital status, eating outside and drinking, and there was correlation between separately eating by dishes and smoking.(2)Belching,bad breath, loose stool to determine whether the infection of Hp has good diagnostic value, whether in combination with separate eating and smoking related factors,it is concluded that if the clinic population were belching, bad breath, loose stool pond, smoking, not separate these information, advised Hp related examination as soon as possible,so that can improve the detection rate of Hp infection crowd, screening ability to improve the clinical diagnosis of Hp.(3)The distribution of syndrome types in patients with Hp infection from the highest to the lowest is as following:spleen and stomach damp heat syndrome>disharmony between liver and stomach syndrome>spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome>cold and heat complication syndrome>deficiency of stomach yin syndrome>stomach blood-stasis syndrome.
