Clinical Study Of The Treatment Of Liver And Kidney Kidney Mixture Heat Chronic Nephritis

Purpose:To explore the compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine,clinical efficacy and safety of the use of Zishen Mixture in the treatment of liver and kidney yin deficiency and damp-heat chronic nephritis,and to find out its mechanism.Methods:Screening 60 patients with chronic nephritis were randomly divided into two groups:30 cases of traditional Chinese medicine control group and 30 cases of Zishen mixture treatment group.Two groups of patients with the same treatment,based on the traditional Chinese medicine control group to Huangui capsule,Zishen mixture treatment group to Zishen mixture,the two groups are taking 3 months end of treatment.To observe the clinical symptoms before and after treatment,uric acid and other indicators of efficacy changes,and whether the adverse reactions.Results:Clinical studies have shown that the traditional Chinese medicine control group,Zishen mixture treatment group and the control group after treatment and treatment were improved(P<0.05),the patient after Two methods of treatment of the symptoms are improved.After treatment,the treatment group of low back pain,dizziness,five elements Fanre,mouth bitter mouth,sore throat symptoms were lighter,was better than the control group.In terms of improving renal function,serum creatinine treatment in the treatment group was better than before treatment(P<0.05).The blood urea nitrogen and uric acid were better than before treatment(P<0.05).Both the treatment group and the control group could improve the renal function.After treatment,serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen and uric acid were lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05),indicating treatment of renal function.(P>0.05).After treatment,the two groups of 24-hour protein were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05)(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group had better effect on the quantitative improvement of 24h protein than the control group.No significant side effects and adverse reactions during treatmentConclusion:Zishen mixture can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce proteinuria,improve patient quality of life,delay the progression of the disease.Its mechanism may be the existence of chronic nephritis of the virtual standard evidence,and the standard in the clinical hot and humid is more common,may also regulate immunity,anti-inflammatory,anti-bacterial,hemodynamics and other effects.Zishen mixture of good safety,no significant clinical application of adverse reactions,no obvious side effects,for the clinical treatment of liver and kidney yin deficiency damp-heat chronic nephritis provides a new approach worthy of clinical promotion.
