Clinical Study Of Shenyan Decoction In Treating Spleen-kidney Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome With Chronic Nephritis Proteinuria

Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Shenyan Decoction in treating chronic nephritis proteinuria patients with spleen-kidney qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods: In this study,based on the entry and exclusion criteria,110 patients who were treated in the outpatient department of the Department of Nephrology,Shanxi Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected,and finally 98 patients completed the study.The included patients were divided into a treatment group and a control group according to the principle of random control,with 49 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional treatment.On this basis,the patients in the control group were given losartan potassium tablets(50 ㎎,once a day),Patients in the treatment group were treated with losartan potassium tablets(50 ㎎,once a day)combined with self-made decoction Shenyan Decoction,and the observation period was 3 months.The qualitative urine protein,24-hour urine protein quantitative,TCM syndrome score and other indicators were recorded before and after treatment in the two groups,and the changes of clinical symptoms were observed and compared to judge the curative effect.At the same time,the liver and kidney function and electrocardiogram were recorded,and the safety was judged.SPSS 26.0 was used for data analysis.Results: 1.Evaluation of disease efficacy: After 3 months of treatment,44 cases in the treatment group were effective,with an effective rate of 89.8%,and 27 cases in the control group were effective,with an effective rate of 55.1%.Statistics showed that the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01).2.Evaluation of the efficacy of TCM syndromes: 37 cases in the treatment group were effective,with an effective rate of 75.51%,and 21 cases in the control group were effective,with an effective rate of 42.86%.Statistics showed that the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01).3.Comparison of the efficacy of urinary protein: after 3 months of treatment,the urinary protein of the two groups of patients was significantly reduced(P<0.01),and both treatments were effective;Both treatment options are effective.After treatment,compared between the two groups,the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01).4.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores: After 3 months of treatment,according to data analysis,both groups of TCM syndrome scores were down-regulated(P < 0.01),and both treatments had curative effects;compared between the two groups,the curative effect of the treatment group was better than Control group(P<0.05).5.Safety observation: During the 3-month treatment process,there were no abnormalities in liver function,blood and kidney function,and ECG-related indicators in the two groups,and no adverse reactions occurred.Conclusion: Shenyan Decoction is suitable for treating chronic nephritis proteinuria with deficiency of spleen and kidney qi and blood stasis syndrome.There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups,and the safety was high.Therefore,shenyan decoction has a good application prospect in clinic.
