Background:Enteroscopy is the Gold index to diagnose lower digestive tract diseases, but it does bring physical and psychological pain to subjects unavoidably as an intrusive check. There have be many defects and limits with the traditional drug anesthesia.Clinical workers are looking for a more convenient and safer anesthesia method for the enteroscopy. Objective:To apply the Fu’s acupuncture analgesia method to enteroscopy.Allaying subjects’pain, increasing compliance and the detection rate of malignant diseases.Making TCM diagnosis and treatment technology serve modern medicine more widely. Methods:There were 60 subjects be chosen from the Nanjing Hospital of TCM.They were divided into control group and experimental group with 30 subjects in each. Before the enteroscopy,we recorded the general situations of each subjects, including sex,age and the heart rate before the test;the factor which can influence this test, including the history of enteroscopy and abdominal operation, obese state, anxiety state. The experimental group were anaesthetized by the Fu’s acupuncture before enteroscopy. The control group accepted routine enteroscopy. After the examination we recorded the heart rate again, untoward effects, the result of enteroscopy and the VAS.Then we asked each subjects their will of accept enteroscopy again. All of those data were analysed by scientific statistics. At the last we compared the differences between the two groups.Results:1.Compared with the control group, the experimental group’s sex,age and the heart rate have no obvious difference[Tab.1-1].2.Compared with the control group, the experimental group’s the factor which can influence this test have no obvious difference[Tab.1-2].3.Compared with the control group, the experimental group’s result[Tab.2-2]and completion rate[Tab.2-3]of enteroscopy have no obvious difference.4.Compared with the control group, the experimental group have lower changing of heart rate[Tab.2-1],VAS[Tab.3-1]and the incidence rate of high score event[Tab.3-2]and untoward effects[Tab.3-3].5.Compared with the control group, the experimental group have higher retest rate[Tab.3-4].Conclusion:The Fu’s acupuncture analgesia method can reduce the pain and the incidence rate of untoward effects of patients during enteroscopy, increase compliance and retest rate effectively.
