| Object:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture therapy with finger in the treatment of cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy under the Jingjin theory, and to compare it with conventional massage,to discuss the theoretical basis of Jingjin theory in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy and the therapeutic mechanism of acupuncture therapy with finger under the premise of Jingjin theory. Methods:Sixty cases of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups: 30 cases in the treatment group were treated with acupuncture therapy with finger combined with Jingjin theory, and 30 cases in the control group were treated with conventional massage. Both groups were treated for 6days as a course of treatment, once a day, after 6 days of treatment, rest for 1 day, continuous treatment for 2 courses. The changes of pain, symptoms and signs before and after treatment were observed, evaluation data were collected, and statistical analysis was conducted with SPSS to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:1.Comparison of experimental indexes between the two groups before and after massage treatment: VAS score and 20-point scale of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy had significant statistical significance(P < 0.01),indicating that both groups had significant curative effect on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.2.Comparison of curative effect of massage treatment between the two groups: the difference between VAS score and 20-point scale of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy before and after treatment was not statistically significant(P > 0.05),indicating that the curative effect of the two groups on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy was basically the same.3.The total effective rate of massage treatment in both groups was 93.3%,and chi-square test showed no statistical significance in the distribution trend of the overall curative effect of the two groups,P > 0.05.The recovery rate of the treatment group was 60%.The significant healing rate of the control group was 43.3%,and the Chi-square test showed no statistical significance,P > 0.05.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, but statistically insignificant, indicating that the overall curative effect of the two groups had little difference. Conclusion:Acupuncture therapy with finger combined with Jingjin theory has clear curative effect in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy, which has the same effect as conventional massage in relieving pain and improving symptoms and signs, and has the significance of further research and clinical promotion. |
