The Clinical Observation Of Modified Ephedra Apricot Gypsum And Licorice Decoction In The Treatment Of AECOPD

Object:To explore the clinical efficacy of Modified Ephedra Apricot Gypsum and Licorice Decoction combined modern medicine treatmenet of AECOPD.Method:After diagnosis,120 cases of patients are divided into two groups,.Modified Ephedra Apricot Gypsum and Licorice Decoction combined with modern medicine treatmenet the control group will be applied to the treatment group,and he control group only accept modern medicine treatmenet.Results:(1)We inspect that Safe indexs of all the patients are under control during the treatment.Above all,oxygen saturation,total number of white blood cells,neutrophils and CRP has a significant difference after treatments(P>0.05),while the other tests was not significant.(2)After 14days of treatment,the two groups of patients are ssurive.And the clinical curative effect of the two groups was significant(P<0.01),the treatment group than the control group(P<0.01).The treatment group cure(37case),markedly effective(13case),effective(8case),invalid(2case),total effective rate(96.67%);the control group cured(21case),markedly effective(18case),effective(9case),invalid(12case),total effective rate(80.00%).(3)Before treatments,the FEV1/FVC%has no statistical significance(P>0.05).But FEV1/FVC%shows significant differences compared with previous results or the other group’s results(P<0.05).(4)Before treatments,the symptoms of asthma,shortness of breath,cough,phlegm,and wheezing sound have no statistical significance(P>0.05).But these symptoms show significant differences compared with previous results or the other group’s results(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Modified Ephedra Apricot Gypsum and Licorice Decoction can overall improves cardiac systolic and diastolic ability,at the same time,improves the efficiency of a patient’s breath,reduces the heart rate and breathing,to improve asthma symptoms.(2)Modified Ephedra Apricot Gypsum and Licorice Decoction can reduces lung wind-cold,raise the quantity of oxygen,so as to effectively strengthen the efficiency of lung oxygen exchange and increase the blood oxygen saturation.(3)Modified Ephedra Apricot Gypsum and Licorice Decoction or combined with modern medicine treatmenet are all effective in treating AECOPD.The treatment group has a better clinical efficacy compared with the other group.
