Clinical Study On Treatment Of Varicocele Infertility With Blood Stasis And Heat Syndrome By Qingyu Yujing Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Chinese medicine Qingyu Yujing Decoction on semen quality of varicocele infertility patients,and to observe the changes of biochemical indexes of major sex hormones and seminal plasma,As well as the spermatic vein diameter,the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,to explore the stasis of heat in the varicocele in the key role in infertility,so as to enrich the theory of stasis heat,better serve the clinical practice.Methods:Sixty-five patients with varicocele(stagnation type)were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 34)and control group(n = 31).The treatment group was given oral self-made Qingyu Yujing Decoction,the control group to oral Aescuven forte Tablets(each 2,2 times a day),and WuziYanzong pills(each 6g,each Day 2 times),take it In the morning and evening.The treatment period is 3 months.To observe the effects of sperm density,sperm motility,PR,sperm viability,normal sperm morphology percent,T,LH,FSH,seminal plasma(seminal plasma zinc,fructose,seminal plasma a-glucosidase),Spermatic vein diameter,as well as changes in symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,before and after treatment.parallel safety indicators.Results:(1)After treatment,the sperm density,sperm motility,progressive sperm,normal sperm morphology percent and sperm viability were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).The comparison between the two groups showed that the sperm density(P<0.05),and the sperm motility,progressive sperm,normal sperm morphology percent and sperm viability were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,T was higher than that before treatment in both groups,the treatment group was higher than those of the control group,the treatment group was statistically significant(P<0.05)before and after treatment,while the control group was no significant difference(P>0.05);the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of LH and FSH in both groups were lower than those before treatment,but there was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).(3)After treatment,the levels of seminal plasma a-glucosidase were increased(P<0.05),and There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).the levels of seminal plasma fructose and seminal plasma zinc in both groups didn't have evident difference(P>0.05)before and after treatment.(4)The diameter of spermatic cord was lower than that before treatment in both group,but the difference was statistically insignificant(P>0.05),there was also no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(5)After the treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms of both groups declined distinctly(P<0.05),comparing the two groups,the scores of TCM symptoms of the treatment group dropped more obviously(P<0.05)than those in the control group.(6)Comparing the two groups after treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.5%,while come to the control group,the total effective rate was 74.2%,the comparison of the total effective rate of both groups have significantly diversity(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese herbal medicine Qingyu Yujing Decoction and the therapy of Aescuven forte Tablets combine of WuziYanzong pills can be different degrees of improvement of varicocele patients with semen quality and clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,but the effect of Qingyu Yujing Decoction is more significant,with obvious advantages.
