Changes Of Serum CA125 Levels In Patients With Chronic Heart Failure

The purpose(This research tries)To investigate the relationship between the change lev el of the serum CA125 of patients with chronic heart failure and cardiac funct ion as well as the prognosis.The methodsthis research choose 110 cases of patients with chroic heart failure in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2015,meanwhile,40 cases of nor mal physical examination were choosen as the normal contral group.According to the NYHA standard,chronic heart failure were divided into grade ?,grad e?,grade ?.The patients with cardiac function were divided into four group s in order to compare the change level of serum CA125 in differeent groups.All the patients were required to check the function of liver and kianeys in th e condition of routine fasting blood sample.The level of the serum CA125 of patients with chronic heart failure was measured by Enzyme Linked Immuno S orbent Assay.The patients with chronic heart failure were divided into hyperte nsion,coronary heart disease and rheumatic heart disease according to the path ogenesis.The level of the serum CA125 were compared.The Digital color dop pler ultrasonic diagnostic instrument was used to measured the LVEDD,LA,a nd LVEF.The relationship between the function of cardiac function and the le vel of the serum CA125 is analysized.The results1.the measured level of the serum CA125 of patients with chronic heart failure is higher than those in normal control group,with statistcal significance(P<0.05);the level of the serum CA125 in grade IV in cardiac function is o bviously higher than that of in grade III,with statistcal significance(P<0.05);t he level of the serum CA125 in grade III in cardiac function is obviously hig her than that of in grade I/II,with statistcal significance(P<0.05);the level of the serum CA125 in grade IV /III in cardiac function is obviously higher than that of in grade I/II,with statistcal significance(P<0.05).2.Among the three g roups,the level of the serum CA125 in the group of coronary heart disease is the highest,hypertension heart disease comes second,the lowest group is r heumatic heart disease.The comparasion among the three groups were statistca l significant(P<0.05).According to the provision of the determination of the le vel of the serum CA125,divided into 35u/ml group,<35u/ml group and >35u/ml group.3.In the groups of patients with chronic heart failure,with the deg ree of heart failure rising,the LVEDD,LA and CA125 are rising.While,with the degree of heart failure rising,the imdicator of LVEF is falling.Compared with NYHAI/II groups,NYHAIII group and NYHAIV group are statistcal sig nificant(P<0.05),There is remarkable positive correlation between level of the ser um CA125 of patients with chronic heart failure and cardiac function;likewis e,there is remarkable negative correlation with LVEF.4.While keeping track,there are 9 cases died among the 110 cases during the 2 to10 months,accounts f or 8.2%.The rate of death in the serum CA125>35u/ml group is higher than that of in the serum CA125<35u/ml group,with statistcal significance(P<0.05);what's more,during the follow-up,there were 30 patients from the serum C A125>35u/ml group in hospital again.The rate of rehospitalization obviously h igher than that of in the the serum CA125<35u/ml group,with statistcal signifi cance(P<0.05).This indicates that there is remarkable positive correlation between the level of the serum CA125 of patients with chronic heart failure and the r ate of death of the patients with chroic heart failure as well as the rate of reh ospitalization.The conclusion1.As a chronic cardiac insufficiency condition evaluation and prognosis ev aluation indicators,the severity of the heart function of the patientswith chroni c heart faiture and peripheral blood CA125 levels are closely related.2.There is remarkable positive correlation between level of the serum CA125 of patients with chronic heart failure and cardiacfunction;likewise,there isrema rkable negative correlation with LVEF.3.There is remarkable positiv correlation between the level of the serum CA125 of patients with chronic heart failure and the rate of death of the patients with chroic heart failure as well as the rate of rehospitalization.
