BackgroundsCoronary Slow Flow(CSF)is the earliest report by Tambe put forward.At that time because of slow flow phenomenon is the lack of adequate understanding,clinicians can not make accurate judgment.In this case,these patients will be told that their coronary artery is normal,and no such patients for follow-up study.With the progress of medicine,have been found that the rate of rise in the patients of CSF with statistics show that in patients with coronary angiography examination found in the rate of about 1%,cardiovascular patients suspected of coronary angiography discovery rate is as high as 7%.Many scholars have a lot of research on this phenomenon.The study found that CSF can lead to myocardial ischemia,myocardial infarction,or even the occurrence of ventricular arrhythmia and other adverse cardiovascular events.Tip is myocardial ischemia in patients with CSF.Mangieri found that patients with CSF biopsy of the myocardial cells,the study found that heart muscle cells changed in histology,characterized by increasing edema,size of cell nucleus morphological changes,nuclear/pulp ratio changed,also found that the capillaries in tiny blood vessels injury and the lumen is smaller.According to these changes,Mangieri speculate that these changes make distal vascular resistance increases,leading to a slow blood flow velocity.The results also support the microcirculation increased resistance associated with CSF.With the progress of the related research,and then have a variety of different pathogenesis is raised,comprehensive related literature at home and abroad,we generally has the following several kinds of theories: the microvascular lesion,vasomotor dysfunction,AS early performance,impaired endothelial function],inflammation.About the dangerous factors of CSF is also various.There are reports that men than women are more likelyto suffer from CSF;The research thinks long-term smoking may promote the occurrence of CSF;Some people think that renal insufficiency,especially the occurrence of elevated blood uric acid has the close relationship with CSF.More scholars conclude a series of disorders and obesity can lead to the occurrence of CSF.The other may have been reported infections helicobacter pylori is also a risk factor for CSF.Therefore this study was to compare the relationship between the common clinical indicators and the CSF,provide the basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of CSF.ObjectiveTo explore the related risk factors of coronary slow flow phenomenon.MethodsRetrospective analysis 200 patients that coronary angiography showed no obvious pathological changes from January 2015 to December 2015 in the first affiliated hospital of zhengzhou university.Coronary artery blood flow classification is TIMI2 level and lower definition as the CSF,it can be divided into slow blood flow group(n = 85)and the control group(n = 115),the relevant clinical data were analyzed.ResultsCSF group compared with control group,(1)Smoking,chest tightness,chest pain of CSF groupwere significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05).(2)The red blood cell count(4.85±0.52×1012/Lvs4.19±0.46×1012/L,P=0.001),hematocrit value(44.61±5.69%vs40.60±6.04%,P=0.001),average platelet volume(10.73±1.41%vs 10.08±1.34%,P = 0.023)were significantly higher than the control group.(3)HDL-C(0.80±0.17mmol/L vs 1.11±0.25mmol/L,P = 0.001)of CSF group was significantly lower than the control group.LDL-C(2.50±0.95mmol/L vs 2.16±0.68mmol/L,P=0.047),UA(319.60±84.92μmol/L vs 254.79±53.51μmol/L,P = 0.000)of CSF group were significantly higher than those in the control group.(4)Body mass index(26.90±1.70 ㎏/㎡ vs 22.81±1.51 ㎏/㎡,P = 0.021)of CSF group is significantly higher than the control group.(5)Logistic analysis indicates that the level of HDL-C(OR0.335,95% CI 0.148~0.801,P = 0.012),BMI(OR1.363,95% CI 1.146~1.645,P = 0.001)were the related risk factors for CSF.Conclusions1.Smoking,red blood cell count,hematocrit value,average platlet volume,blood uric acid,LDL-C may participate in the development process of the CSF.2.The body mass index(BMI),HDL-C level may be an independent risk factor of CSF.
