Objective: To investigate the relationship between slow coronary flow(SCF)and small and dense low density lipoprotein cholestrol(sdLDL-C).Methods: 160 patients admitted to the Department of Cardiology,Jining First People’s Hospital and accepted Coronary Arteriography(CAG)from August 2018 to August 2019 were enrolled,80 patients with SCF and without severe coronary artery stenosis in the observation group, the other 80 patients without SCF and without severe coronary artery stenosis in non-SCF group.Patients in both groups were tested and recordedfor sdLDL-C and body mass index(BMI),Thrombolysis in Myocardial Infarction(TIMI),low density lipoprotein cholestrol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholestrol(HDL-C),LDL-C/HDL-C,triglyceride(TG),uric acid(UA),homocysteine(Hcy). We compared the correlation between TIMI and sdLDL-C,LDL-C,HDL-C,LDL-C/HDL-C and other related clinical indicators. In addition, the correlation between sdLDL-C and LDL-C,HDL-C,LDL/HDL-C and other blood lipid indicators were compared.Logistic regression analysis was used to further explore the independent risk factors of SCF.ROC curves were used to judge the prognostic value of variables. Results: Patients with SCF had significantly higher prevalance of smoking, hypertension, diabetes and higher values of TIMI-TFC,BMI,LDL-C,LDL-C/HDL-C,sdLDL-C,TG,UA,Hcylevels(P<0.05).Patients with SCF had lower level of HDL-C than those in non-SCF group(P<0.05),TIMI was positively correlated with sdLDL-C,LDL-C,LDL-C/HDL-C,BMI,apolipoprotein B(apo B),TG,Hcy(P<0.05),and negatively correlated with HDL-C,apolipoprotein A-I(apo AI)(P<0.05).SdLDL-C was positively correlated with LDL-C,LDL-C/HDL-C(P<0.05).Multivariable regression analysis showed that sdLDL-C was independent risk factor of SCF,and the area under the curve was 0.721.Conclusion:SdLDL-C is inseparably associated with SCF and its elevation contributes to the presence of SCF independently.
