| Background According to the relevant literature,carbon monoxide poisoning delayed encephalopathy at both the higher incidence of both domestic and foreign.Carbon monoxide poisoning Patients with delayed encephalopathy have a heavy burden on families and society.At present its mechanism is not entirely clear,And it lacks the exact clinical treatment.At present,the more widely accepted treatment is hyperbaric oxygen therapy,and Literatures reported different about efficacy.In this study,based on the treatment of traditional hyperbaric oxygen therapy,combined with Chinese medicine with the treatment of carbon monoxide poisoning delayed encephalopathy,give full play to the advantages of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment for the treatment of the disease to provide new methods and means.Methods In this study,we selected 60 patients with delayed encephalopathy of carbon monoxide poisoning admitted in our hospital from November 2014 to December 2016.The patients were randomly divided into two groups: the traditional Chinese medicine group and the hyperbaric oxygen group.There were 24 males and 6 females in the combination of hyperbaric oxygen therapy group,and group of patients with smoking history in 18 patients without smoking history in 12 patients.This group of patients with drinking history in 15 patients,at the same time,there were 20 patients with basic disease history(hypertension,diabetes).There were 26 males and 4 females in hyperbaric oxygen therapy group.In the group,there were 17 patients with smoking history.This group of patients with 21 cases of drinking history.In addation,there are22 cases of basic disease history(hypertension,diabetes).The patients included in the study met the appropriate inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.Chinese medicine combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy group and hyperbaric oxygen treatment group have the same hyperbaric oxygen therapy program,are 60 days of hyperbaric oxygen therapy,treatment pressure of 2.2ATA,1 day.Chinese medicine combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy group on the basis of hyperbaric oxygen therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment.Its treatment to detoxification stasis for the principle.Chinese medicine composition: Astragalus 25 g,Chuanxiong 30 g,system rhubarb 15 g,earth dragon 10 g,scorpion 10 g,leeches 10 g,Tianma 10 g,Shichangpu25g,Rhodiola 20 g.According to the characteristics of patients with symptoms,on the basis of this side of the addition and subtraction,oral Chinese medicine treatment and hyperbaric oxygen treatment course consistent.Two groups of patients were treated before treatment,half a course of treatment,treatment of a course of treatment using simple mental state examination(mini-mental state examination,MMSE)and Barthel index(Barthel Index,BI)score,And classify the results,then do clinical efficacy assessment after treatment.SPSS17.0 software was used to analyze the datas.In accordance with the normal distribution of measurement data using t test,count data using χ2 test,and P> 0.05 was not statistically significant,at the same time,P <0.05 was statistically significant.Results There was no significant difference in gender,age,history of smoking,history of drinking,history of disease,cognitive function and self-care ability of daily life before treatment(P> 0.05).Group data comparison: the data of MMSE and BI in the combined treatment group before and after treatment were analyzed by χ2 test,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The data obtained by MMSE and BI scores before and after treatment in hyperbaric oxygen therapy group were analyzed byχ2 test,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Group data comparison:the data of MMSE and BI scores were analyzed by χ2 test in the two groups of patients after 30 days of treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).The MMSE and BI scores of the two groups were analyzed by χ2 test after 60 days of treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The clinical efficacy of the two groups was analyzed by χ2 test.The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusions 1.After 30 days of treatment,Chinese medicine detoxification Huayu therapy combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy in improving the oral encephalopathy delayed onset encephalopathy(delayed encephalopathy after carbon monoxide poisiong,DEACMP)patients with cognitive function,daily self-care ability compared with alone hyperbaric oxygen therapy has no significant difference.2.After 60 days of treatment,Chinese medicine detoxification stasis therapy combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy in improving DEACMP patients with cognitive function,daily living ability than the use of hyperbaric oxygen alone has some advantages.3.Chinese medicine detoxification stasis therapy combined with hyperbaric oxygen has a good effect in the treatment of DEACMP,improves the quality of life of DEACMP patients to a certain extent. |
