| Objective:To investigate the efficacy of different doses of methylprednisolone combined with hyperbaric oxygenation in the treatment of delayed encephalopathy after carbon monoxide poisoning(DEACMP).Methods:Review the clinical data of patients with delayed encephalopathy after carbon monoxide poisoning in our hospital from February 2010 to February 2017.Patients were treated with 90 cases of methylprednisolone.Divided into three groups,A,B,C,each group was 30 cases, group A methylprednisolone 80 mg / d intravenous drip;group B methylprednisolone 160 mg / d intravenous drip;group C methylprednisolone 500 mg / d intravenous drip,The total duration of treatment with methylprednisolone was 5 days, and hyperbaric oxygen for 10 days was a course of treatment. There were 3 courses of treatment. All three groups were given basic drugs and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. After the treatment was completed, the Glasgow Coma Index(GCS)and The Mini-Spiritual Intelligence Scale(MMSE)was evaluated to compare the efficacy of the three groups of patients before and after treatment. Results:There were no statistically significant differences in the basic conditions of the three groups of patients. The three groups of patients improved after treatment, and the MMSE scores were improved. The total effective rates of treatments in groups A,B,and C were 60.0%,83.3%,and 90%,respectively.Groups B and C were superior to group A,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).Statistically significant,B There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:The treatment of the three groups had obvious curative effect. The efficacy of methylprednisolone 160mg/d was similar to that of methylprednisolone 500mg/d.Compared with 80 mg methylprednisolone, the curative effect was significantly different, but the adverse reaction of Jiaqianglong 500mg/d w as better.many.On the basis of combined hyperbaric oxygen therapy and conventional drug therapy,it is recommended to use methylprednisolone 160mg/d to treat delayed encephalopathy after carbon monoxide poisoning, which can better improve the cognitive function of DEACMP. |
