The Effect Of Da Ming Yin In Treating Npdr Qi And Yin Deficiency,Blood Stasis Resistance Pattern’s MPV、PDW、P-LCR

Objective:To observe the efficacy of Da Ming Yin on non-prol iferative diabetic retionpathy’s Platelet Volume.Platelet Distrib ution Width and Platelet-large Cell Ratio on the nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy(Qi and Yin deficiency,blood stasis resista nce)complex clinical curative effect of and discuss the possibl e mechanism of action.Methods:On 32 patients(64eyes)conformed with standard for t he nonprofiferative diabetic retinopathy Qi and Yin deficiency,bl ood stasis resistance symptom patints,randomly divided into trea tment group(16 patients)and control group(16 patients).The treat ment group treated by Da Ming Yin,the control group treated by clcium dobesilate,The whole observe lasted 30d.The two groupwere observed before and after treatment of two sets of vision,f undus,clinical symptoms and the change of meam platelet volu-me,platelet distribution width,platelet-large cell ratio.Results:(1)Because of the control group of drugs,Doxium ta blets resulted in severe stomach pain and diarrhea adverse react ions,1 case of falling off patients,the final treatment group of 16 patients(32 eyes),the control group of 15 patients(30 eyes).(2)The total curative effective rate of treatment group was 87.5%,and the control group’s was 76.7%.The treatment group was b etter than control group,two groups of curative effect difference was statistically significant.(P<0.05).(3)After the treatment,the t wo groups about MPV、PDW were ameliorated,there is statistical significance(P<0.05);the experimental group is better than contr ol group.(4)After the treatment,the two groups about PLCR wer e ameliorated,but two groups after treatment is no statistical sig nificance(P>0.05).(5)The experimental group and control group a fter treatment eyesight were increased(P<0.05),there is statistical significance;the groups of contrast group is better than control group,with statistical significance.(6)The treatment group and c ontrol group in fundus were improved after treatment(P<0.05),th ere is statistical significance;the treatment group is better than that of control group,with statistical significance.(7)The treatme nt group of Chinese clinical manifestations score ameliorated ob viously,the curative effects of statistical significance between tw o groups after treatment(P<0.05).(8)The curative effect of TCM treatment group was better than that of the control group.The TCM syndromes of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.01).Conclusion:Da Ming Yin could effectively improve the nonprol iferative diabetic retinopathy have a better effect.The mechanis m may be to adjust the body environment as a whole,reduce th e obstruction and damage of the capillary wall,reduce capillary permeability,protect the vascular barrier,improve the microcir culation of the retina to control and control the occurrence and development of NPDR.
