Clinical Observation On Gastrointestinal Function Recovery After Gynecological Surgery By Acupuncture

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture on gastrointestinal function of patients with gynecological tumor after abdominal surgery.Methods:A total of 60 patients,Consistent with gynecological tumor indications,Line abdominal surgery patients,A randomized controlled trial was used,Divided into acupuncture group and control group,30 cases in the control group and 28 cases in the acupuncture group.The control group was given psychological guidance,fasting,drinking,parenteral nutrition,anti-inflammatory treatment,patients with early ambulation and other routine care.The acupuncture group on the basis of the control group in postoperative 12h acupuncture at Zusanli,Shangjuxu,Hegu,Taichong,the needle for 30 minutes,every 10 minutes a time line,after every 24 hours at a time until the first exhaust needle.From the end of the operation to calculate the patient after the first time by the anal exhaust defecation time,the first oral eating time.The first time after surgery for the patient by the anal exhaust time<72h as effective,>72 hours as invalid.More than 5 days without exhaust is out of the experimen.To analyze the effect of acupuncture on intestinal paralysis after abdominal surgery in gynecological tumors,and to summarize the superiority of acupuncture therapy for acupuncture.Results:1.The first time of postoperative anal drainage was significantly shorter in the acupuncture group than in the control group(P<0.05).2.The first oral intake time was significantly shorter in the acupuncture group than in the control group(P<0.05)3.The first time of anal defecation was shorter in the acupuncture group than in the control group(P<0,05).4.The length of hospital stay was shorter in the acupuncture group than in the control group(P<0.05).5.There was no significant difference in serum WBC,RBC,HGB,K ion,ALT,AST,CREA and UREA between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture can pass the acupuncture can be gynecological surgery after abdominal surgery for the first time by the anal exhaust time,the first oral eating time,the first time by the anus defecation time and hospital stay are shortened,can promote patients with postoperative stomach Intestinal function recover.
