OBJECTIVE: To study the clinical efficacy of multimodal analgesia and traditional analgesia in postoperative analgesia, posterior knee HSS score and knee joint mobility after total knee arthroplasty. Methods: A total of 49 patients underwent unilateral artificial total knee arthroplasty from September 2014 to November 2015 in our hospital.According to the different methods of analgesia divided into two groups, the control group of 25 cases, the experimental group of 24 cases, all patients with surgery by the same group of skilled proficiency professor completed.Results1、The VAS pain score of the experimental group was 0.48(95% CI:-0.64-0.34),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P <0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05)<0.0001).Compared with 1 week after operation, the VAS score decreased by 0.32 and P = 0.0001,the difference was statistically significant. The VAS score decreased by 0.66 and P <0.0001 on the 12 th week after operation. The difference was statistically significant significance.2、 In control of the relevant variables, the establishment of repeated measurement of the mixed effect model,we can see that throughout the study period, the knee score of the control group was 0.78(95% CI:-1.42 ~-0.13,P = 0.018)higher than that of the experimental group.Compared with one week after operation, the knee score of the patients was increased by 2.20,3.94 and 3.82 at 4,8 and 12 weeks after operation, the difference was statistically significant.3、In control of the relevant variables, the establishment of repeated measurement of the mixed effect model, the difference(95% CI: 3.17 ~ 6.19)was significant(P <0.0001)in the experimental group compared with the control group(P <0.0001),and the control group was higher than the control group.Compared with 1 week after operation, the degree of joint activity increased by 3.57,8.57 and 4.00 at 4,8 and 12 weeks after operation, all of which were statistically significant. Conclusion: 1,TKA is an effective way to treat end-stage knee osteoarthritis.2.In the control of age, sex, body mass index and preoperative VAS score, the analgesic effect of multi-mode analgesia group was better than that of traditional analgesia group, and multimodal analgesia group did not increase the analgesic drug Side effects such as headache, nausea and vomiting.3,In improving the postoperative knee joint activity and improving the knee HSS score, the multi-mode analgesia group was superior to the traditional analgesia group.
