| This thesis is composed of three chapters.The chapter 1 and 2,reported in detail studies on the chemical constituents of two medicinal plants(Equisetacae ramosissimum Desf and Uncaria macrophylla Wall).From the two medicinal plants,57 compounds were isolated and identified based on a variety of modern separation technologies and spectral methods,which covered triterpenes(ionoes),indole alkaloids,flavonoids,ionoes,phenylpropanoids,phenolic acids,and so on.The last chapter summarizes the research progress of two kinds of medicinal plants.Chapter 1 Study on Chemical Constituents ofEquisetacae ramosissimum Desf.The study of chemical constituents of Equisetacae ramosissimum obtained 43 compounds.These identified compounds involved flavonoids,ionoes,phenylpropanoids,phenolic acids,and so on.All these compounds are listed as follows: 3S-3-hydrox y-β-damascone(1),blumenol A(2),3R-3-hydroxy-β-ionone(3),sammangaosideA(4),corchoinoside C(5),β-ionone(6),ampelopsin(7),kaempferol(8),kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glu-coside(9),apigenin(10),apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucoside(11),quercetin(12),4′,5-Dihydroxy-7-methyoxyflavone(13),kaempferol-3,7-di-β-D-glucoside(14),Camel liaside C(15),kaempferol-7-O-β-D-glucoside(16),3?,4?,5,7-tetrahydroxy-flavone(17),3-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-2-propionic acid methyl ester(18),(2E)-3-(4-hydroxy-3-m ethoxy phenyl)prop-2-enoic acid(19),ferulic acid(20),cinnamic acid(21),trans-3-phenyl-2-propenoic acid methyl ester(22),cis-3-phenyl-2-propenoic acid methyl ester(23),trans-3-phenyl-2-propenoic acid methyl ester(24),p-hydroxycinnamic acid(25),trans-p-hydroxy-cinnamic acid methyl ester(26),cis-p-hydroxycinnamic acid methyl ester(27),trans-p-hydroxycinnamic acid ethyl ester(28),cis-p-hydroxyci nnamic ethyl acid ethyl ester(29),caffeic acid(30),caffeic acid ethyl ester(31),gallic acid(32),4-hydroxybenzoic acid(33),3-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzoic acid(34),isovanillic acid-4-O-β-D-glucoside(35),β-sitosterol(36),thymidine(37),daucosterol(38),N,N-dimethyl benzyl-amine(39),2-methyl-3-ethyl-maleic acid(40),4-O-penta-noic acid(41),glycerol(42),propanedioic acid(43).Compounds 1 and 6 were isolated fistly from Equisetaceae,and 10,11,17,18,19,21,22,23,24,27,29,40 were isolated fistly from this plant.Chapter 2 The study of chemical constituents of the leaves ofUncaria macrophylla Wall.Fourteen compounds were isolated and identified from the leaves of Uncaria macrophylla,including eight monoterpene indole alkaloids,two triterpenes,two flavonoids,one coumarin,one phenylpropanoid.All these fourteen compounds are showed as follows: isocorynoxeine(44),corynoxeine(45),corynantheine(46),epi-allo-corynantheine(47),3-iso-ajmalicine(48),uncarie B(49),sitsirikine(50),18,19-dihydrocorynantheine(51),ursolicacid(52),β-sitosterol(53),quercetin(54),rutin(55),7-hydroxycoumarin(56),caffeic acid(57).Compounds 46,47,48,49,50,51 and 56 were isolated fistly from the leaves of Uncaria macrophylla Wall.Chapter 3 ReviewThe third chapter is divided into two parts,and the first part reviews the progress of studies on chemical constituents and bioactivities of the plants of Uncaria in recent decades.The second part reviews the research progress of chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of Equisetacae. |
